I just used their services to purchase a Kyocera printer/scanner for my office and it works just fine. The company made it so that I could get a technician out to the office if needed for setting up the device and for delivery, but I insisted on picking it up because it wasn't that big of an item for delivery. Have had the item for a few days now, and It has helped me with big jobs on printing and scanning. I would recommend these guys because they were very friendly and willing to assist.

Complete rip-off! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. I'm the practice manager at a busy cardiology practice at Washington Hospital Center. The sells representative, Isaac Washington, came to our office about three months ago and took our konica bizhub copy machine, which was working fine but needed maintenance, and signed a contract with us to bring a brand new machine, and promised that IF we are not happy with the machine, we can replace it.
He brought a second hand, old Canon image runner2525. He promised to come back and connect the machine to our network. Didn't hear from him until last week when the machine broke and we couldn't fix it. Two different technicians came in and worked on the machine for 2 days and finally fixed it, but told us that the machine needs to be replaced. I contacted the rep, Isac, and asked him to replace the machine.
He came into the office and talked to my boss when I wasn't in the office, and told him that he would refund the money and sign another contract for a new Toshiba for $240/month, which is $110 more than what we are already paying! The machine broke again today and when I contacted the rep mentioned replacing the machine, he laughed and said that he doesn't need to talk to a WOMAN!
I contacted Nauticon and turned out that he was representing both Nauticon office solutions and Encore Business Systems. He signed a contract for Encore business systems under Nauticon' name! Someone from Nauticon contacted me but wasn't able to help me and I haven't heard back from Encore yet and most likely, I won't.
