Found them on Yelp and they were very helpful in what I needed. I was able to get different size shirts and drawstring bags from them. Highly recommended just on customer service alone.

I have been working with Shirt Shanty for about five years now. They provide outstanding customer service and a quality product every single time. We have not had a single misprint, wrong embroidery or size mix-up in all of the time I have been working with them. There has been an occasion where I felt like I could get a better price elsewhere. Their consistency in their product turn-around time is also impeccable. Many vendors in this industry over-promise and under-deliver. If Shirt Shanty tells you it will be ready by Tuesday, it will be ready by Tuesday. They also have the most adorable dogs. that is enough of a reason to stop by and visit them.

We've been using Shirt Shanty for promo apparel and gifts for years. Their service, quality and price exceed my expectations and make me not even consider another option. From embroidery to design, Shirt Shanty delivers exactly what we want and need every time. Their quick turn around and friendly family atmosphere (come on, they have a family dog and puppy to greet you) makes me feel part of the company.

Their shipping costs also don't break the bank. I personally enjoy visiting their showroom to make sure my order is set but I've also had no problem ordering on line and having them ship it. I would imagine in this industry they would have lots of turn around but they must treat their employees as good as their customers since the same people are there every time I call or stop by to pick up an order.

I visited Shirt Shanty towards the end of April / beginning of May. I needed to get quote for family reunion zippered tote bags and tee shirts. We had 130 shirts and 120 bags. I obtained quotes from 3 other locations. One place matched the price, but I was completely Underwhelmed with their lack of knowledge. Anyway, I loved Shirt Shanty's professionalism.

They took my design thoughts and turned them into a beautiful tee shirt and high quality teunion tote. They have an in house artist who will send a mock of the design to you and you have full authority to change it as necessary. Turn around time is VERY fast. Only a week (or less) from submission to finished product. My family was beyond thrilled with both products.

They praised me at the reunion :-). When we realized we were one bag short of the order, they printed up an additional bag and it was ready when I picked up the tee shirts. We will definitely use them again!

I saw the reviews here and realize that we often neglect to post when things go right. So this review is for a project that was done in 2013. We had a few hundred shirts made for my company to give as gifts and to sell at our Lenox Mall kiosk in various colors, sizes and with 2 different logo colors - white for dark colors and a gray logo for light colors.

The process, the pricing and the final product were all of exceptional quality. 4 years later and these corporate shirts are holding up in the wash. (Project Squeeze, Sniff, Love - AirCraft home fragrance).

I love the Shirt Shanty! They are awesome, make an awesome product, make great recommendations, and they do it all on time. I have been a customer for years, and I would never use anyone else. The owner is amazing. He is professional, understands our needs, and produces it without any hassle to us. Fabulous!

I called for a quote on 100+ t-shirts and hoodies for our volleyball club, and LaWanda emailed me the numbers within minutes. Our correspondence took place primarily over email, and responses were clear and swift. She was on top of things the whole time - which was much appreciated. Order to delivery took about week. Everything went smoothly, and the shirts and hoodies look great!

My softball team captain took 4 shirts to be printed and asked that the invoice be sent prior to printing via email. Unfortunately the prints were approved without any communication and a fairly outrageous invoice was billed ($200!). This was later found to be a typo, however the final price was still way more than usual ($100, keep in mind we provided our own shirts).

Given that we've printed shirts here before, we had an idea of what the costs would be, otherwise we would've went elsewhere. Regrettably, the (less confrontational) co-team captain wanted the shirts and ended up going and paying for the shirts, however this was before our team captain was told she was not able to talk to the owner to resolve this situation and was then placed on hold indefinitely. It's unfortunate that the Office Manager made made no attempt to resolve Shanty Shirt's mistake as well as being exceptionally rude on top of it all.

Very poor attitude and customer service. I took 4 shirts to be printed and asked that the invoice be sent prior to printing via email. We had to call and ask for the invoice a week later. Before the invoice was approved, the shirts were printed at a very high cost. We were regular customers (a softball team) and when I called to settle the bill and complain about the lack of communication, the office manager proceeded to yell at me "if all customers have attitudes like yours, I don't want them as customers." She would not allow me to talk to the owner and put me on hold for 7 minutes (at which point I hung up) and did not call me back. Won't be returning!
