Terrible service, paid for my business cards over 300 dollars and after 2 months I am still waiting to get them. I call them, e mail them but they do not answer. Do NOT use their service they disappear with your money!

I was told by my boss to order flyers from PK Graphics, and it started out as a pleasant experience but quickly soured. They told us our design was to big and after going back and forth via email trying to correct it multiple times to the dimensions they needed (which they should have access to photoshop as well, and totally capable to do that themselves and email us back asking for approval.) they replied that it was still incorrect.

At this point they were so unhelpful we just wanted to cancel the order and work with someone local. That's when they informed us you can't cancel, you only get 30 days credit. We were like okay whatever, but then they contacted us again a month later asking us to fix the dimensions again. So we did, but kind of confused because we thought we were just screwed at that point.

They then said it would be out for print but not in the time frame we needed them so today I tried to cancel again. I called and explained I needed to cancel right away, the lady on the phone said "okay, what's the email the order is under", completely blowing over the cancelation bit until I gave her the email. Once she had the email that's when she wanted to state there's absolutely NO cancelations and bring out the condescending voice, so I mentioned not seeing that being stated anywhere when ordering.

I believe it was Joyce on the phone but anyways, Joyce wants everyone to know you have to go to the FAQ before you get screwed out of your money because that's the only place the cancelation policy exists! They're just a money hungry company that doesn't care about the customers experience.

Company is a scam, they refuse to cancel my order and told me that it was placed on hold(no time frame) which is okay because I wasn't ready to move forward, never did the company tell me they hold for 30 days then I lose my money regardless, I paid over $300 for Flyers. I didn't ask for a refund, all I want is my order fulfilled, they refuse to credit my account just took my money, Joyce Supervisor, I will be contacting BBB and filing a complaint because this is wrong. I've been a loyal customer to this company for over 9 years, I would never recommend anyone else to them until they resolve this the right way. they ignored my emails

They have printed my business cards for many years now. If there was ever a problem they corrected it quickly and accurately!

I placed an order for business cards with professional design on April 29. It took just under 3 weeks and 5 proofs (being told the 5th was the LAST proof) to get a decent design. When paying a design fee I'd expect to get more then a generic, templated design. I also will comment that once I made a change or a correction to a proof it would take 3-4 days before I'd receive my next proof via email. I know I'm not their only customer but you'd think it wouldn't take a rocket scientist to design a professional looking business card!

This is a company of criminals and all the good reviews are fake

This company provided me with the most demeaning and unacceptable customer service I have ever experienced in my life. If you are considering doing business with them, please take your business elsewhere. I spoke with the owner today, and her communication was absolutely unacceptable. I literally said, "I do not feel as though the energy of our conversation has an undertone of kindness." I reiterated that I was not trying to be difficult, however, she responded with such statements, "I am not your momma. ect." I literally thought I was getting "Punk'D" and the cameras were about to start rolling in. Please DO NOT support this business.

I will not recommend them. My order came incomplete, making the whole order worthless because I can not use just part of it. Lost my chance of business with important international leads by making my business look unreachable, incomplete, unprofessional at the conference. Trying to contact them for a refund is another unsolved issue. The guy on the chat is nice but offer no solution, except to call and ask to talk to a "supervisor", whom is the only one to approve a refund.

When call, their team is trained just to blame it on the customer, a NO NO, and when I proved her with their emails saying that it was their fault she just said the same, " you will have to email the owner, whom is the only one who can approve the refund". And of course, I email 5 times already and there is no answer. So, no, I will not do business with them again and I do not recommend them.

If I could give no stars I would! I saw the other reviews & thought I should give them a chance anyways because I was recommended by another business. I should have listened to the other reviewers. We came in on Wed, were told the flyers would be ready Saturday after 8pm. Didn't happen. Monday we were told they wouldn't be ready until Wed.

We requested a refund because we needed the flyers for our business grand opening which was on Monday. They charged us $75 for the design of the flyer and would not even provide the file for the design that we paid for. Overall it was just a horrible experience and would not ever recommend. Find another company even if they quote you a longer turn around time. It's just not worth it.

I will not use PK Graphics again. I place an order recently which was not done correctly, partially due to my lack of knowledge the order got screwed up. I did explain however upon ordering I was not exactly sure how to place the order and I did receive incorrect information. Upon calling the company the supervisor told me they met the minimum requirements and were not responsible the the screw up. So much for customer service. If I ran my business this way I would be out of business in a month.

William from PK Graphics is awesome, I'm a very attention to detailed kind of person, and he always gives me his undivided attention. He understood my marketing vision and expectations. I highly recommend their services, and efficient prices. Thank you will for my amazing business cards and menu flyers.

I placed my order July 7th and was told it would take 2-3 weeks. I emailed 2 times and called twice before Ronald ever answered my call on July 28th to let me know that my order would ship out the next day. My order arrived on 7/31- incomplete! Ronald told me UPS would pick it up that day, shop one day back to them, one day in house for completion and one day back to me.

I found out on 8/5 that the order was not picked up until 8/2- Friday, not Wednesday. After 2 emails and leaving a message with 2 different people (who both said they would get back with me, but never did), I finally got Ronald- this was 8/6- who told me he would call me right back with an update. No call. I left a vm with a person, whom of course, could tell me nothing about my order, on 8/7.

I got a hold of Ronald on 8/8 who said they were finishing up that day and would ship one day on Friday, putting them at my office on Monday, today. No product, no call, no email, nothing. This is ridiculous! I have used PK a couple times a year for the last 7 years and have never experienced service like this. Use another company who will actually deliver your product.

I had requested a quote for a simply print job. When I called they said I had to email the request. Which I did. I received an email back from them saying they had received my email and will work on the quote and be back to me in 1-2 business days. A week later I called them back to see if they had the quote ready. They said to email the request again. Which I did. It has now been 3 weeks and still no quote, no call from them, no email. Save your self the headache and go to next printer on your list.
