I called before Thanksgiving, and Brent finally call the Friday before. He stated they would come by and wash the windows before Thanksgiving, which would have been either, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. They did not show, so I called the Friday after Thanksgiving asking when they would arrive to do the windows. NO RESPONSE. I called again, that next week, NO RESPONSE.
As of today, no one has ever returned my call, and all I ever get when I call is a recording stating, "your call is very important to us, please leave a message and we'll call you back. ". I called Willamette Valley Window Washing, which also has a "5" star review, and Mike has answer his call, every time I called. They'll be here tomorrow to do our windows. Thank you Mike!

Brent at Clear Image was fabulous. He responded to my request for an estimate right away. He is friendly and efficient and arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment. The windows and screens in my two-story house never looked better. He also made sure our gutters were clean. I was impressed with his skillful professionalism. And the price was right.
