Smith Printing

I had a small project that I wanted to do - three bound copies of some work I had done, for memento purposes - and Smith Publishing Company was recommended to me as someone who could get the job done well. That was an understatement - I am simply blown away! Becky quickly answered the inquiry I submitted online, she worked diligently and carefully in making sure that we got the exact cover layout and binding material I wanted, and the price she quoted me was more than fair. Sending her the pages to be bound was a breeze, and the turn around time was perfectly reasonable.

I just got the books today, and they look AMAZING! I couldn't have asked for them to have turned out any nicer! There are a few more similar projects I want to do and now I don't want anyone to do them other than Becky and Smith Printing Company. I can't express how grateful I am for their outstanding work! I wholeheartedly recommend them without reservation!

I absolutely cannot recommend Smith Printing Company enough. The entire experience from top to bottom was fantastic. My husband is a composer and for his birthday I had one of his scores bound. It turned out to be the most beautiful book. I've not given it to him yet, but I just know he's going to love it. Becky was my contact and she couldn't have been more helpful, communicative and professional. Absolutely fantastic.

Oh my goodness! I just received my 1000 page memory book and I am BLOWN AWAY! First, Becky was amazing and went ABOVE AND BEYOND! As a sales person myself I love that Becky was on top of her follow-up! From my first email, which was over the weekend no less and didn't expect a response until Monday, she exceed expectations right out the gate. I had reach out to 5 other printers and she was most responsive and was willing to do anything she could to try and meet my deadline (Christmas present!). Honestly, I started this project early last year and no one would take it one due to number of pages (~1000).

I had decided to purse my goal of writing My Story. I had no idea of what I had undertaken. What started with 40 pages and 32 family photographs evolved into a book of 180 pages including over 130 photographs. I was so fortunate to find Smith Publishing Company online. My MBA program requires me to print my thesis in a hard bound cover with a very specific format. I contacted 15+ companies within an hours drive and no one could help me. Finally, I found Smith Printing! Becky turned around proofs within an hour and worked with me on an accelerated timeline to get this turned around. I was in the Minneapolis area and stopped by to pick it up and their service continued to blow my expectations out of the water.

They helped me print an abstract (i forgot to ask for one) on site and had it spiral bound within minutes. They also saved me a stop and money by helping me get it shipped overnight to my school.
