Its useful to know when a company or service has your back and BFS had mine this morning. I arrived at South Station before an interview and realized I had forgotten my resume at home. I called up BFS and they were extremely helpful. I emailed them my resume and in the time it took me to walk the block they had several copies printed on HIGH quality paper I didn't even think to ask for.
On top of that, they hardly charged me anything and wished me good luck at my interview. The interaction lasted just a couple moments but made all the difference to me when I needed it.

I was expecting a lot more from BFS! First and last time I use their printing services. I called to ask if my images were ready and after talking to three different people I got told half of them were done, I was not upset! because I could always submit the files again. In the middle of the conversation with one the employees, John got into the conversation just to be rude by questioning why I was taking so much time on the phone. After telling him I was not screaming, rude or upset to any of them made him more angry and as a result he hung up by saying they have a lot more work to deal with.

I have been using BFS for academic and professional jobs over the course of the last 3 years: large color plots, bound books, and large format b&w. They are extraordinarily helpful and they turn projects around very quickly. Each experience has been very positive and I have been impressed with their ability to process jobs quickly. The quality has been great!
