Great to order if you have multiple months to wait for your order. Disappointed in how long it takes to get the gear I ordered. I am frustrated that when I email about my order status, no one gets back to me. And when I call customer service, they still have no clue when my items will be in.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The school I teach at used this company for a spirit wear order back in August of 2021. Several items, including a sweatshirt that I ordered, were on backorder. AS OF TODAY, 12/16/21, OUR SCHOOL STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY OF THE BACKORDERED ITEMS! Our PTA president has emailed this company several times and was told something different each time she has communicated.

The PTA is now refunding those backordered items out of their own bank account! That is sad that a spirit wear company would allow this to happen, especially to a school organization! Shame on you American Outfitters!

We order show shirts for the marching band and choir at the high school every year. After going back and forth designing this years shirt, we had to completely change the design due to marching band season being cancelled. Doug and his team were very patient and as usual did an awesome job designing the shirts! GCHS Music Boosters

Just bought face masks for my kids school and was very disappointed with the quality of the product.

After stopping in to see sizes and the Store had none to look at, after using their size chart and ordering larger. All my items were very untrue to the size charts. The adult mens XL is so short, my Adult XL fits my 10yr old and she is super skinny and all of my 3 shirts for my daugher are short but the neck is huge! And am missing an item with no explanation as to where it is. But the sure took my $$$ Very unhappy, if our school didnt use then I should have know better to not order from them. Ive lived here all my life and have heard the same.

This place is the best place to go for all your school outfitting needs. Any garment you want they can get for you. Custom fit custom embroidered, they place a design an anything

Rude and if your not ordering 100 plus they treat u like an inconvenience

Great place to buy personalized gear. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. We have always been happy with the merchandise we have purchased. Quick turnaround, too!

After trying with two different companies to get a tshirt design for my pet sitting business that I liked, American Outfitters knocked it out of the park! I sent them my logo, a saying I wanted printed on the shirt, and a request to be creative. The design they came up with fits our company ideals perfectly, and is so much better than I could come up with my self. I was sent a couple design ideas in just a few hours after my initial contact. The shirts were completed quickly, and the finished product looks fantastic!
