Valley Press was extremely slow to respond to our requests for quotes and an order. It was as though they had no interest in receiving our business. The communication was very frustrating and I was left having to follow up frequently as the emails seemed to get lost into an abyss. Our company used to order exclusively through Valley Press for our business cards and paper needs but we are now taking our orders elsewhere.

The business cards cost were high and turnaround was slow. I understand they are busy but at the very least they should be able to stay on top of communication in a professional courteous manner. I will say we were always satisfied with the finished product in the past but this experience was lacking. I placed an order 13 days ago, today after no communication back whatsoever I receive 2 samples that were not at all what I was envisioning.

It turns out we were on different pages all along and I am just now realizing this as they tell me they no longer have a sample of what we had ordered previously because it was years ago. it would have been nice to know that up front as we are trying to meet a branding deadline!

I came here because I needed to print my CV and application for an upcoming interview, only to realize they do more commercial printing. Tom graciously made an exception, however, and helped me out with printing my documents. Thank you so much!

I can't believe there isn't a review on yelp for this place yet! I was visiting from out of town and was in a jam to print a very important oversized certificate (12x18 image on 13x19 heavy stock) for a private event. I called two days before the event and spoke with Tom, the manager, who was courteous and knowledgeable over the phone. I felt very comfortable sending him the pdf file the next day (via their website) and then walked over to have him print it.

When I walked into the shop I was impressed by the machines and the job they were running. Having really enjoyed studying Graphic Arts in high school and running offset presses, I spoke with Tom about their other services, including offset printing! The company I believe has been managed (and owned?) by the same family for many years and provides an array of services to local business and universities. and they had time to help me out!

This is really the type of business that make places like Bala Cynwyd feel so welcoming. I really can't recommend them more. I hope my sister, who lives locally, gets a chance to patronize them in the future. BTW. There is ample parking in the rear. While you are waiting for a job, check out the cafe near the Cynwyd train stop.
