Typically one waits to write a review till the completion of the project, but I am going to break. If I could give 10 stars I would! So far, the staff at Presstige printing has been outstanding! Wendy my sales rep could not be more pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Jenny the art director is amazing! She is a brilliant graphic designer both technically and creatively. Jenny took my project, that I thought was completed and with her magic, took my magazine to the next level.
I cannot thank this team enough for making me feel comfortable, great pricing and by far the friendliest and most supportive staff I have come across in a very long time. I cannot wait to see the final results and will report back then. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You! Okay, here is an update to my original review. I just received my 600 books and I could not be happier!
I have to give a very special thank you to Wendy who stayed with me and supervised the whole process from start to finish. Wendy noticed typos that the proof readers didn't pick up on! Wendy had my back on this project and a client could not ask for anything better than that. Jenny the art director was amazing! She brought her expertise to the table and took things to the next level. Jenny never made me feel bad because my files may not have been in the proper order or resolution.
She has the most amazing positive approach to her work and her clients. Jenny's smile and humor was contagious and made the whole process a 5 star experience. I can only imagine how great and talented the rest of the staff is that I haven't had the pleasure to meet yet. In an age where exceptional customer service seems to be a dying breed, Presstige Printing is that rare exception!

We were using another print service in Naples when I met a representative from Presstige. Wendy made an appointment with me and came to my office and complimented me on some things that we were publishing online. She was never pushy, but told me that because Presstige prints most of their items at their facility, their turnaround times and quality are better than most.
She asked for samples of business cards and letterhead, but never pressured me. When the time came, I used their services for a brochure and was VERY pleased with the final result.because Wendy had also brought samples of other items to guide me in designing our brochures. But the real test came when I accidentally ran out of letterhead. Wendy was out of town, but Presstige's team worked seamlessly! Dana stepped in and provided a quick estimate and a 48 hour turnaround time on letterhead because Wendy had kept that sample for MONTHS.
What Presstige didn't know was that just to be safe, I had ordered the same letterhead from my prior supplier, who already had the graphics set up and everything. They estimate a 1 week turnaround time on the same product. AND.they came in at the same price. Moral of the story? Presstige IS everything that Wendy told me that they were in our first meeting and more. I will be using them and recommending them from now on. We are very happy with their product, people AND service.
