Duke's E'Town Sporting Goods

Ordered shirts and some of them had writing removed from a previous order that our new writing was put over but could still see. Poor quality

I am very unhappy with the quality and turn out of our parent shirts. I had 2 large parent shirt orders for our football teams and I had 5 shirts messed up. Wrong numbers, wrong names, and missing names. I dropped them off to have corrected. I called 2 weeks later to get an update and the shirts are lost! Nobody could find them. Not to mention a parent called in to express how unsatisfied she was and Bobby told her if he was being honest he doesn't recall me dropping them off.

This doesn't include the sponsorship names from our sponsors being incorrect on the back of our jerseys. This is poor customer service, poor quality, and just all around irritating. You would think being in business as long as they have, you wouldn't have this kind of issue. They have lost all business from anything I would ever consider them doing.

Don't know about the review for trying to order roller skates from a local t-shirt sporting good provider for the area mainly in baseball equipment and team uniforms but staff is super friendly and can meet your league, school, and or teams needs and they do plaques and other things too and have used them for years.

I get great customer service from Duke's everyone is always helpful and friendly

Website not user friendly. Looking for brown roller skates for daughter and site doesn't even provide search options.

These people were excellent in assisting me in finding what I needed for the sports my kids were playing. My children 6 and 9 needed tiny goalie outfits and this was the only place to have it.

If you order a jacket, just don't be in any hurry to get it. Absolutely the longest wait time ever!

Not very happy with being given the run around. We knew it would take awhile for the jacket to be done so don't tell me it's almost done then the next time I call tell me it's going to be another week. Try just telling me that the first time. If it was something I could cancel I would.

I've known the owner since childhood. He is top tier and I am sure that any business he owns treats folks fairly and offers his customers the top notch sporting goods while holding the line on price.
