I have been using DDC for 6 years for all my teacher DBS checks. Any issues / queries I have had I give them a call and they talk me through a resolve. When I searched for their number just now I saw a low Google rating and was compelled to read the comments. Yes it is true if you complete a DBS check but do not submit and withdraw it you are charged a 10 admin fee.

Isn't that kind of standard. Lump it and take it I say. And then other people calling them crooks, seriously it's not a way to review a company. I have used them for 6 years and they have been nothing but professional. I am an actual customer. Brilliant Bilinguals, Maribeliam Ltd. Take it from me they have not ripped me off and I have used them for over 10 DBS checks over the years and have found them to be professional and even I would say "nice" with all correspondence I have had with them so people reading reviews don't believe all negative reviews you read.

Some are not what they seem. Give me a call at Brilliant Bilinguals and I will give you honest advice on them. For someone like me with no idea on how to navigate the DBS system they have been a godsend!

Simply no way to get in contact with them! I've been trying for 8 months to get in contact with them - both phone numbers listed on their site are broken (if you dial it just comes up with a recorded message saying "that number is not in operation") and they ignore all emails. Bizarre!

I use them all the time to do staff DBS checks. Never had a problem, always a helpful, friendly person available when I need to call. Would recommend.

Awful company, crooks. I paid for a DBS check but then did not need it carried out so asked for an immediate refund. They charged me an "admin" fee of 10 for a simple refund. Absolute scam artists. As you can see from the other reviews, these are an unprofessional outfit. Stay clear!
