Splash Designs

Placed an order and watched as others in my class had their items shipped to them or receive them a week later. I called back 3-4 times asking for an update and was repeatedly told that it would be shipping soon and that they were waiting on shirts and sweatshirts to print the design on. The most recent claim being "we just received the shirts, yours will be shipping later today".

They were lying the whole time because when I called to ask for a refund they told me they still had not received the items they needed to print the graphic on. I've never waited 3 weeks to receive an item from anywhere else, let alone just have it shipped. Outright avoid them. Take your artwork or their INIWIC artwork elsewhere and have a more trustworthy company handle your needs.

I ordered tshirts for my two children on March 28th for month of the military child. There was no email or any correspondence of any sort. They did make sure to take my money instantly. I called hem two weeks after I ordered and they informed me they were sending them out the next day. Two more weeks go by, now that MOMC was over, and I talked to another lady she said yep your order was sent out and I'll send you an email.

I got nothing, I called a week later and told them I wanted a refund that this customer service was terrible. The lady informed me that the tshirts were damaged during production and that's why I hadn't received hem yet. Funny how another worker told me they were already sent out. I finally got a refund 2 weeks later. Today, may 16 I received the tshirts, I'm glad I did not have to pay for these because they are horrible. So crooked and the toddler shirt doesn't even have the design on the back. Please order your tshirts elsewhere.

Overpriced and service attitudes is all I can say. Would rather purchase online and get a better deal. I'm giving 2 stars only because of past experiences but in truth, more recently the experience was not good so I am wondering if they changed clerks. Would not do business with again.

The work and quality was decent. They shorted me 2 shirts in my order. When I ask them to replace the shirts they basically told me to F off. They gambled that my unit would be rotating out of the area soon. If you do business with them triple check everything and don't take their word for it.

Awesome place that will have everything you need for someone leaving that you want to get a gift for. They also have things that they can personalize for you own needs!

Great place to find gifts, novelty items, keepsakes, and what nots. If you can dream it or think it, they can make it. You could literally be in there for hours!

I was impressed with the different types of products they could put images on. The pricing is also decent. I will definitely be returning. If you are in the Army and looking for ideas for gifts, you will want to look here for sure.

Staff was great, helped me select what I wanted and had it ready a week before it was promised. I've always had good experiences dealing with Splash Designs.

Wish there was a 0 as a review. TERRIBLE place. Don't use your orginal design, but instead their own, or ClipArt. They areven not easy to work with. Staff is snippy and not helpful in the least bit. Designs are never on time, they do not do as they say they will. They are slow and nothing as their website entails. Splash also does not keep up with you on expenses and the workers font even know the prices. Horrible place with horrible designs and over priced. HIGHLY suggest finding a different place. Custom Ink is MUCH MUCH better.

Not sure who or what store "theLovableMickey" is referencing BUT I have had nothing but amazing customer service from Splash Designs. I have worked with Splash Designs over four years now. They always have taken time to make sure they understand what I am looking for in a product and have helped me when I haven't thought about color palate, material or placement of a design.

Their knowledge of embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, plaques and any other laser etched memorabilia is untouchable and have had NO problems with the quality of a product or designs submitted that needed to be recreated. BTW, if you don't know anything about screen printing or laser etching you should be refrained from making a review.you can not take a power point drawing in and expect it to be used. It needs to be recreated into a program their equipment uses. I WILL NOT USE ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT "SPLASH DESIGNS"!
