Great customer service! With best attitude. I was presently surprised the way I was handled. Thought this place was just a regular postal service station. But I received an excellent customer service. It was not just me but the customer in front of me expressed the same gratitude for the service she received as well. This indicates me that they treat every customer the same. Keep up the good work and I wish all success!

Had to send a notarized contract through FedEx and this place was in the same area as my bank. Please note that if you have a FedEx label/QR code sent via email, they do not have the ability to scan the QR code. Rather, you can pull up the shipping label on your phone and connect/print to their printer via Wi-fi for $1, if you weren't able to print the label yourself. She was very helpful in walking me through the steps of printing the label in store.

Rude and impatient. Older female was very short when talking to me and then became irritated and unhelpful, to the point that she was almost yelling instructions at me without first explaining what was needed for the transaction. Extremely poor customer service skills, I would advise taking your business elsewhere.

I should've read the reviews before coming in! I figured "support small businesses" and walked in. no one was in the front and I said "hello?" She came out and no greeting or smile or anything. Then she charged double the regular for a 4oz small package/envelope. I asked her why it was so much and she said it was due to it not being a document.

If it were a document then it would've been 1/2 the price. So then I asked if it would get there in 2-3 days and she said 7-10. Ummm ok. I guess I should've gone to the "other" shipping service. Honestly, I wouldn't have mind the higher rate had she at least been nice.

Very old school, no current equipment. Not friendly, we greeted 3 times to not even get a hello. LoL. Not able to scan my label, and no email or print option to help out. If you're just looking for basic shipping and low customer service, This Is Your Place! Not my type and prefer to give my business elsewhere.

I love this Postal Connections in the Lansdowne Shopping Center - Leesburg, VA! This is my go-to store for all mail deliveries, packing supplies, and help with UPS, FedEx, and of course USPS. They handle all mail carriers. Staff is absolutely amazing, family run business and 100% trustworthy, and always polite and courteous. I've never had 1 bad experience and I've been going here for years!

Staff will go out of their way to provide free shipping supplies when they can and when you ship through Postal Connections. And if you need to buy shipping supplies, their prices are always better than online. Don't hesitate to make this your go-to store for everything mail related!

I've been using this place for 10 years now. Yes Grace can come off stressed and uninviting, but she'll also try to help you. Must be hard running a place by only two of them. There must have been issues they deal with that we don't know about. I think we all have those as well. I've had times too when she was rude and I was rude right back : We both know each other now I think helps whenever I go to ship stuff.

If I feel she overcharges me, I will question it. She even tells me what the price is at the reg PO. Always question them if you feel they aren't being fair. You are the customer and you have the right to answers and fair pricing.

HORRIBLE customer service and attitude from "Grace" I'm assuming is her name based off the reviews and the fact that only she and her husband work there. He is nice tho. Walked in, and she was in the back and if I hadn't said anything, she probably would not have come out to the front. Then when she did come to the front, no greeting or anything, not even a smile. Best of luck to your business lady. I'd rather wait in line at the PO than come back here.

Horrible! Dropped off an Amazon return package and after a week not in the tracking system called the store, but no answer. So called UPS for them to tell me the package was lost in transit. How irresponsible can this lady be. She was talking story with another customer and points to me to leave the package on the ground with the rest of the items. Seemed real unprofessional, but I will never deal with this place again. I should have taken my package and dropped it off at an actual UPS store only few store fronts away.

Although I have typically had good interactions here today was the complete opposite. The lady working was not wearing a mask, on her cell on speaker the entire time I was trying to talk to her and was very quick to dismiss me. When I asked for the manager she, Nita, told me she was, said there was no number for a manager, then proceeded to argue with me.

I came in with 2 packages, she told me "you can drop it and you can go, " I then asked about a UPS package that was delivered to my address by mistake. She interrupted me while I was talking, continued talking on her cell, and told me to "drop it table and you can go." I began taking a picture of my packages she got upset and told me I couldn't do that.

She's still talking on her cell on speaker btw. When I tried to explain why I was taking a picture she continued to interrupt me while also talking on her cell. Please keep in mind they have a sign on the door requiring people to wear masks before going in. If the supposed manager, Nita, can't wear a mask how can I ensure this location is being safe when handling packages or making sure they go to the right place. P.S.

Why did you change your response? The first one was much less professional no doubt but was certainly more honest than what you have written below. I am not sure who "we" is, but it was just you and me in the shop. You were not eating or drinking at the time, and to remind you it is state mandated that you wear a mask.

One of the owners, Grace, was super helpful and friendly! Helped me with multiple packages with USPS and UPS. Very reasonable pricing coupled with the willingness to help however she could. I WILL be back to ship all my packages here in a local small business.

I have chosen Postal Connections over the Post Office for years. Gracie always advises on the best way to mail things based on what the need is. Her personal service is by far better than going to the post office. This place is excellent. I have no idea what these negative reviews are all about. You don't need people to bubble all over you. It's a casual atmosphere. It's like asking your auntie to help you with a package. I highly recommend this place.

I the Postal Connection! A couple years ago around Christmas time when all the post offices were packed I decided to go to Postal Connection. I'm so glad that I did! There was no wait time and Ms. Grace helped me to find the best price for what I was shipping. I've went in on a couple different occasions and her son was there a couple times. He also helped me find the best price to ship my boxes. I've had nothing but positive experiences there and will continue to support their business.

Terrible service here. Came by to drop off some USPS packages for shipping and was told that they don't ship USPS. I came in earlier and asked them. I was told that they do ship USPS. Terrible company and lying. I will go to a different post office and never come here for anything!

I have used this place many times and have come to the conclusion that the owners are just not happy. It really shows when they greet you ( if you want to call it a greeting). I had a few questions to ask the lady behind the desk and she told me to check on USPS.com and looked to the person behind me and said Next. I was at a loss for words. Will not be going back. These people can't even fake that they believe in customer service. No worries I will take my business elsewhere.

The worst customer ever like others say! They definitely overcharge than regular post office and when I inquired about the pricing, the lady got sooo mad and rude. She overcharged me the double price for a small package, and she even tried to charge me more for a regular envelope letter with a forever stamp. According to yelpers, the husband is also very rude.

What a nice couple.they deserve each other but we customers don't deserve their mistreatments. This place needs to be gone. Just go to the regular post office, a couple minutes away!

I always have good experience when I go to this store. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. I have been using this store for almost 3 years now. The staff is patient and helpful. Not only they packed my painting which was fragile but also gave me good prices for shipping. Staff helped me taking care of my shipment so well. My painting arrived to the destination safe which is what I wanted. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. Happy that we have stores like you in Lansdowne Town Center. God Bless you all.

1/8/19 @1205PM I came in with the intention of getting a PO BOX. There was a customer service lady there. I asked about their rates. Without a word, she just taps at a piece of paper that shows their PO BOX rates then walks in the back room. Upon her return, I ask a few more questions. With a pair of scissors, she keeps cutting at some piece of paper while she grunts in response, "mmm hmm" "mmm hmm", never making eye contact. Sorry for bothering you. I'll just come back when you're not so busy.

I have been using this business for couple of years now. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. I had to ship package to my daughter for Easter. not only they packed up very nice and efficiently also they charged me such low prices for packing. I am their regular customer. My shipment arrived safe and sound and my daughter was so happy. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. I recommend this store to everyone who wants to send items to their loved ones. staff is kind and helpful. keep up the good work.

Worst customer service! I arrive at this business around 6:00 p.m. The associated with a strong accent tell me that she will charge extra $ to help me. I was more like sure I want to ship this box. She gives me the worse attitude. I decides to just leave I have very important documents to ship. I don't know how this business is still open! I ended driving to Pearl Ciy to FedEx office.

I visited the Postal ConnectionI at 9:00a on a Monday, 8-13-18 and there was someone there to let me in at 9:00a. The owner (male) came in a few minutes later. He was helpful and I got my parcel and letters mailed. He also kindly assisted me when I wanted to buy a keychain that would fit my key. I liked that I had a good experience, and they were open at 9:00a. This is a great place to go to if you can't wait until 10:00a when the Post Office opens.

This place was convenient for me. I needed to drop off UPS and mail something USPS. The woman at the register knew exactly what I needed to do and the best way to do it and gave me a box. She was very typical Korean style older woman, which to some may be very rude or offensive but since I was used to it from my life experiences it didn't bother me one bit.

I read some of the others' reviews and am happy to say that I had no problems getting my things shipped. Everything arrived when promised. Yes, it is a little more expensive than going directly to a post office or UPS store, but you're paying for the convenience.
