CDI's service team has over 25 years experience in wide format and engineering equipment. With a well maintained parts stock room to back them up we are able eliminate most service issues the same day or next day. * poor management of job orders. My colleagues and I are always having to wait beyond the time specified when we'd need the printouts by(we usually provide 3 hours). * "Send Files" page on their web page keeps freezing. * workers are super nice (hence, the two stars) but always appear to be confused or unaware of duplicated prints or missing prints, but they know to create an invoice for it.
