In 2002 The Printing Express was a very small copy shop with 2 full-time employees. It printed ink on paper and that was about all. Today, we are 50 employees strong and things have changed a bit. We still print ink on paper. Now however, that paper might become a magazine, a postcard, a book, a die cut door hanger or an annual report. We added a direct mail department, an envelope manufacturing facility, die cutting capabilities, a digital department, a sign shop, an apparel shop doing screen printing and embroidery and much more.

In 2002, PXI started as The Printing Express and began its journey with three hard-working employees and very little knowledge of printing. Yes, that's right. Mike Meredith, the proud new owner had no experience. In our meager 2,000 square foot facility donning sub-par equipment and no experience, we made it!

My business has been using Printing Express for over five years and I could not be happier. Their prices are competitive and fair, but more than that their customer service is off the charts. There have of course been mix ups here and there, and whenever I need something I get a response immediately form someone on their team. They have always delivered a quality product in a short turnaround time. I would highly recommend.

Been working with Printing Express for many years - when we lost our customer service rep, I thought we were in for a world of trouble. I was re-assigned to Paige and could not be happier! She is always prompt, responsible, productive and communicates all aspects of our job throughout production. She gets the job done! If i could give her 10 stars, I would.

Worked with Mike Meredith and Wade Lam, and they were great! Highly recommend. Good people, flexible, great selection, got us just what we needed, and fair pricing. Also very patient as we went back and forth on different designs and products. Grateful to have found them. Will be reordering through them when the time comes.

The Printing Express is our go-to print shop. The customer service is outstanding. We never have to worry about our product when it is in the hands of the Printing Express. Paige is attentive and communicates everything clearly. She has taken the time to get to know our organization and how we prefer things so if something seems off she catches it and brings it up with us immediately. I have worked with a few other print shops to do our jobs, but nobody compares to the attentiveness, speed, and most of all quality of the Printing Express.

I have been doing business with Printing Express for the last few years. Mike and his team are quick to get work done. Paige has always gotten back to me in the same business day on requests for signs, stickers, palm cards, and much more. Their turnaround time to get things depending on what it is is usually one to two business days. The Team at Printing Express is superb. I will continue to business with them for years to come.

My experience with Printing Express was excellent! Wade Lam provided, a world class customer service experience - to me and my colleagues! I've only heard wonderful things about Wade and Printing Express, since joining ALTA. To receive top-notch service and wonderful products during my first experience with PE is incredible! My experience covered the before, during and after I look for as a consumer. Wade was very patient with me as I learned this process, knowledgeable of ALTA's needs, and focused on us as clients - not just a transaction!
