My God mother purchased a sewing machine for a gift. She was very insisted on me getting a Bernina. I went to the first store and was told I probably wouldn't find it, but I took a chance and reached out to Stich House! Best decision ever! Four diamond experience throughout. Walking in felt like I was in LA, so contemporary and clean! The staff is wonderful, and I can't sing their praises enough. If you're looking for a sewing machine, class, fabrics this is the place to go! You won't be disappointed.

SERVICE ALERT! If you take a machine in for service with Rebecca, make sure you get witnesses that your machine is running, and is running when you pick it up. Apparently Rebecca doesn't turn on machines to check tension. She is dishonest. Said machine ran well and when it didn't work after it was serviced by her, she claimed she never turned it on. Had machine for a while month and never plugged it in--Right

First sewing machine I have ever owned and I love it. I was nervous since I had no experience and had gone to a couple other places where the staff was no help. Stitch house is different and the store is so cool. Bryan made me such a great deal and helped me find everything I needed to go home and start sewing (he's also very cute so that doesn't hurt). They offered free lessons which I can't wait to go back and take. If you're looking for a store in Dallas go to stitch house.

So I made my first trip to the shop on 8/18, I walked in it is really nice and big. Great lighting you can see really well in there the machines and the detail work they do. I was greeted by a nice older lady with silver hair and glasses. Showed her my brother 1634 serger and told her the issues I was having and brother customer service sent me here.
She got Terry and he came over looked at my machine and as I suspected he told me the timing was off. Sadly the labor to fix it wasn't covered so I had to pay $130 and it would take 5-6 weeks. I really didn't wanna be with out a machine so I decided to get another one while that one was being fixed. Terry was super nice and informative showed me a couple machines and I ended up deciding on the Janome 8002d, he took his time to show me the settings and when I went back on 8/20 I purchased it.
Before I Bought it he showed me again the settings and how to thread it, he was very patient with me. I got home and realized it was missing the power cord and the accessories it was suppose to come with. I called them and they offered right away to get me those, told them unfortunately I couldn't make it out again because I have children with me in virtual learning at home and was barely able to get a sitter for these two days.
They then offered to mail it to me which I was fine with, but to my surprise that evening another employee Lisa called me that she had dropped off my items at my porch! I prob live near here but for her BUT for her to do that is another step up in customer service! I was soo surprised and pleased that I didn't have to wait to use my new serger. I really am happy with the customer service I received and everyone being very friendly. I will update how my service repair goes with my serger but so far soooo good!

The staff are amazing. They are always helpful, friendly, and have smiles on their faces. My favorite person there is Terry. He is one of the instructors and his middle name should be patience. The only suggestion I would have is that they have Janome classes. It is difficult learning to do a project on one machine and then having to home and adapt it to your own machine. Thank you for opening this one stop shop marketplace. Machines, fabric, threads and accessories all in one place makes it efficient and easy.

I have not touched a sewing machine in almost twenty years, so it is safe to say that I knew absolutely nothing about sewing. I went to a beginners' class. The instructor was unable to make the class, so we had a sub, Jackie. She taught me and my wife all the basics of the sewing machine and how to sew a straight line. It was exactly what we were looking for.
They have a future customer in me. I will be returning to purchase a sewing machine from them so I can continue learning at home. I will also be attending more classes in the future. I am so happy to have found such a wonderful place to pursue learning a new skill!

My fiance grew up getting stuff done at Sloper's so he recommended that I go here when I needed some re-stitching done on a jersey. If they don't have the fabric to match your color, you have the option to bring in your own fabric or they can order some to match, which will cost a bit extra. They were reasonably priced though and my jersey was done in about a week. They're only open M-F 10am-6pm so if you're stuck in traffic after work on your way to come pick up your order, if you let them know ahead of time, they can place your order outside as long as you've already paid!

Easy easy easy! Amazing how many businesses don't understand how important it is for a transaction to be easy. I have been doing business with Sloper's from day one and I can't believe it took this long to leave a review. Of course they do great work and customer service couldn't be any better but their best attribute is how easy they make the process. I'm talking about easier than Amazon. I just dropped by to have a few sweatshirts made and I was in and out in under 15 seconds! it doesn't get any easier than that.

After trying different businesses for screen printing, design, and embroidery Sloppers has become our number one favorite! We've been using Sloper's for at least five years now and have always been highly satisfied. They offer very helpful personalized services and are very accommodating with different needs. We have been in a jam several times and needed items right away, and they were more than willing to help. We also appreciate the high-quality products they produce. We highly recommend them to all our friends!

This stitch house has been serving the local community for over 25 years.and I've worn jerseys made by them for at least that long. I have counted on Slopers over the years for personal embroidery needs, as well as those of family and friends. The quality work and friendly, prompt service never disappoints. Most recently, the folks here accommodated a VERY last minute request for a unique item. Can't say enough good things about the work and staff this place produces. Try yourself and you will be another happy customer. And it sure beats the impersonal and typically much more expensive route of online shirt design/printing.

We've been using Sloper's Stitch House now for about 4 years. They produce the uniform shirts, hats, and jackets we use in our business. I've been impressed with their quality from the very beginning. They take the time to ensure that the embroidery is straight or aligned properly with where we want it and they trim the loose strings of the embroidery by hand, which is very time consuming but leads to a higher quality finish. We're now at the point where I can just call them up and say "I need 3 more shirts" or "I need 5 hats" and they know just what shirts to order and what embroider goes on them. I appreciate the work they do for us and the quality that makes us look good to our customers. Thanks SSH, we highly recommend you!

This is a great embroidery shop. They are not the cheapest you will find, however how often is the cheapest work the highest quality? The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. They will do everything in their power to make you happy with your job. I have ordered items through them as well as brought in shirts and hats I purchased!
