Hisco Screen Print and Promotional products is a full-service customization company for custom t shirts, sweatshirts and pants, vests, caps, hats, and can print or embroidery on nearly every type of garment. In addition, we can customize a wide array of promotional products or other items like mugs, pens, flash drives, lanyards and much more! Up to six (6) different colors. Each color is printed one at a time, then the second color is printed until all colors are printed and the final product is done, one shirt at a time.

Our standard minimum order for spot color screen printed garments, unless otherwise indicated, is two (2) dozen. We print on manual screen printing presses-each garment that you receive from us is hand printed. Process screen printing is a method using 4 special colors (cyan - magenta - yellow - black).
Your logo is digitized. This process is also known as the "tape" or "set-up". Digitizing is a process that involves scanning your logo into a computer and then making it into a readable format for the embroidery machine to sew out the reproduction of your logo. Depending on the complexity of your logo, the sew-out of your logo will result in a certain number of stitches.

Here's how the printing process works: We use high resolution color laser imaging to output your image on specially coated polymer material. The image is then applied to the item through a high temperature/pressure fusion process.
