The Play for All Inclusive Playground at Raab Park is a community effort to build an inclusive playground in North Kitsap County. Since 2018, a citizen group has been working to build a fully inclusive and ADA-compliant playground in North Kitsap. The group forged early partnerships with the City of Poulsbo's Parks & Recreation Department and the Poulsbo Rotary Club, which took it on as a club project. After identifying the location at Raab Park, a fund-raising team was formed to pursue grants and individual funding for the project.

Sound Reprographics is our go-to for anything printed. We are a local B2B business serving all of North America. Recently I used them for a project and when one of their printers was on the fritz and was jeopardizing my trade show, the owner personally took my file to their other office and brought it back to me after hours, just in the nick of time for my show. They are dependable, and their quality is excellent.

As an architect, I have been availing myself of print shops since 1979. I am so pleased to find such a great print shop on Bainbridge. The facility is small compared to what I am used to, and I am amazed that they take jobs and MAKE them happen, just like a good printer should do. I adore the staff and I look forward to getting my print jobs done.

I use SoundRepro Graphics mainly as a FedEx drop off point but have also used them for document printing/faxes. Although I cannot comment on the company's services for custom printing (sandwich boards and the like), the staff is at least average and probably above average as far as retail goes. I fail to see where the negative press comes from--there are three places you can go to get things off the island: The UPS Store, The Post Office, and SoundRepro Graphics. UPS is over-priced and historically has revolving door for staff. USPS staff are worked like dogs and are unfirable, so they can come off as rude at times. This is the middle ground.

I paid $85 for the privilege of getting my prints all messed up, listening to an employee berate another customer unceasingly, and when I asked for help printing an employee rolled their eyes at me and continued working in the back. It's Bainbridge, I'll say that. I'd rather invest in a letterpress printing machine than have to go back here and waste my money.

I have only used Sound Reprographics a total of four times, including today, to drop off Fedex packages. This will be the last time I enter this establishment. Each time the owner has been rude but today he was "off the charts". He wouldn't tell me where to leave my package. He just pointed to a sign hanging from the ceiling, a sign that pointed in a most ambiguous way.
I kept asking for clarification as it wasn't obvious where package should be left. I finally asked him to show me--he refused. An employee did come and point me to the correct spot. As I left the store he yelled at me that I should have followed the sign. I

I agree with Luna S. I had to ship a large, bulky package to a business that wanted it charged on their FedEx account so I had to use this center. Big mistake. They offered zero assistance with packing, only grudgingly supplied packing tape, and closed for the day while we were still packing, so we had to return the next day to finish the job. Before we left, Mary told us they had plenty of packing paper to pad the item.
When we returned, she wasn't there and an unbelievably unhelpful guy was there, glued to his computer, who insisted they didn't have any paper to give us. (we could have brought paper from home had we known). Eventually, he reluctantly allowed us to use their butcher paper (it's a printing center---they have a lot)---he kept saying it was expensive even though I repeated numerous times we didn't mind paying for any packing material or assistance. Mary was slow and snarky, and acted put out that I asked for a receipt. As I left she said she hoped I had a better rest of the day. Unprofessional, rude and a huge hassle.

I've used this location only for its FedEx services. And all I can say is Grumpy Old Man attitude. Albeit it was a woman who always belittles the customers who only come in to drop off FedEx parcels. I've witnessed this woman yell and scold customers who are picking up fedex supplies to use on their packages. Horrible. Bitter, Angry and simply unwelcoming environment.
Surprised FedEx allows this. I'm sure they see customers using the much friendlier services of the "other" shipper on the island. If this owner or manager doesn't want the FedEx shipper business, why do it? If service improves I'll update this review.
