You seem to get better help from the website then a phone call. The guy I talk to sounded like he was making information up as he went along. I can't rate their work this is a customer service rating. There website is super pixelated and makes me thing it's old or skinned with false information which is why I called but that didn't get me any solid information.
Maybe everyone is just itching to go to the store. So go to the store. Maybe the service is better in store. But if I were you I'd prepare for lack luster customer service. Good luck.

Litho Printing & Graphics printed our Chippewa Valley Athletic Booster Club 2022 Senior Fashion Show programs for our 26th Annual Event. The programs were just beautiful and a huge hit with our Chippewa Valley families. Printing was perfect - very sharp and colorful and the customer service was excellent. The staff at Litho Printing Service is amazing. They did my grandmother's obituary. The staff was very helpful from the very first phone call. They answered all of my questions and guided me through each step of the process. They were very efficient and made any changes that I wanted, quickly. The obituaries were beautiful and the pictures were very clear. And the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be contacting them in the future. I recommend Litho Printing Service for ALL of your printing needs.

Litho Printing did my father's obituaries. They were professional, quick, and they did a great job with the obituaries. Changes and the turnaround was very quick as well. It didn't even take them an hour to print the job, once I approved it. I don't expect to come to them no time soon for an obituary, but would use them for other printing needs. Oh, I forgot to mention that the price was great as well!

The yard signs for my BFF's Quarantine Birthday turned out beautifully! The signs are a durable corrugated plastic and the print job and art design are fantastic! Came with yard stakes and the communication and turn around time were perfect for this project. Would highly recommend them for any print/specialty printing needs.
