Terrible, terrible m, terrible customer service. I stopped in two years ago to inquire about having business cards printed. Female came from a back room to speak with me "briefly." She walked away and never came back. Today, I called about having a specific product customized. The male that spoke with me, ended up hanging up on me because I'd told him the product I was looking for and he ended up placing me on hold.
He returned for him to tell me they did not have that product. I had told him that was the first thing I'd said when I called and that he could have avoided putting me on hold and told me that to begin with. I will never do business with this company again. I called back to ask him had he really just hung up on me and the female answered the phone.
When I told her what happened, she stuck up for his behavior saying he must not have liked what you said. Then when si said I can't believe her reaction and said I'd never come back there for m business cards she was literally talking over me very loudly! UNBELIEVABLE. would NEVER speak to or treat a customer in that manner. I will NEVER do business with this company, EVER.
