I totally agree with the other 1 star review of RDS. Marv Zessar (possible owner) starts out friendly and then quickly turns belligerent. I contacted him to service our Xerox printer, but based on his high quote of $450 to repair it, we decided to sell the printer. Upon further research, we learned we could actually repair the printer ourselves for $35.
In addition, when I attempted to return an unopened imaging unit he sold us, as we thought we needed to sell our printer, he refused to take it back. Funny thing is, he later called me trying to sell one of his customer's toner cartridges. When I expressed my surprise that he wouldn't take the imaging unit back for us (as he apparently had done for another customer), explained that we had managed to do our own repair for significantly less money, and had subsequently purchased an additional printer from another supplier, his reaction was not to ask how he could serve us better in the future, but to hang up on me!
Talk about burning bridges. I have never in my life experienced such immaturity in a business transaction. Mr. Zessar's conduct and prices are beyond explanation. I will avoid this business at all costs.

What a terrible experience with this company. What seemed like great customer service with Marvin, quickly turned into the exact opposite. I called to have three printers serviced and Marv was nice and suggested doing a few things to fix them and then changed the conversations into trying to sell me a new printer. Fine. he's a salesperson. I get that.
He promised to email me a quote for a new printer by June 14th and never did. I ordered a part for one of my printers for him which he said would cost "$139 plus a few bucks for shipping". My credit card was charged $164.63. $25 is not my idea of a few bucks! When I called him to ask about the charge, he quickly became rude and defensive and told me everyone charges tax and shipping. however it shouldn't have been that much more when he initially said "$139 plus a few bucks for shipping".
He then told me he would make it up to me if I bought a printer from him. Ha! Funny man! Then he told me he has been in business for a long time and has never worked with someone as cheap as me. I explained that I'm not cheap and actually spent more getting it from him over getting it on Amazon. He continued to call me cheap and hung up on me. So incredibly run and such a horrible way to run a business. I'm just glad this happened before considering to by a new printer from him!
