I have been in the area 20 yrs and i learn that sometimes its us the customer that is the problem but i have use this company for 10 yrs and have never had a problem with staff nor owner always helpful i have fax had bizz cards made and was truly happy with the service so maybe try them again we all have our day's just maybe it was one of them days i have no clue just know i love the service.

Doing business at Print o Graphics was the worst shopping experience ever. Horrible customer experience, poor prices, and unethical practices by the owner. The owner literally cursed me out. Beware!

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner is very disrespectful and rude. He prides himself on over charging customers and providing low quality services. I would highly suggest that you take your business elsewhere and do not waste your time.

I have been a customer for many years and I have never had an issue. When you make copies yourself you do have to count them, but that's why they call it SELF SERVICE. I've had some very wonderful conversations with the owner. He has always been supportive and caring. The day I had to fax over documents to authorize my Uncle's cremation the owner helped me through that day.

I was thrown into the administration of my Uncle's affairs and had to copy everything. I could not have handled the estate without the help of many folks who guided me. I love that they are not a cookie cutter business. I am always greeted with a smile and always feel like they appreciate my business. They try harder than any business I know.

Do not understand why couple of people gave them a bad review. I have been going there for a long time and never seen them behaving such. In fact I have always seen them offering multiple choices and explaining merits and demerits of each. This must have been a pure misunderstanding or the person whom you can never satisfy, no matter how much you try.

Very nice service always gives you that time and attention needed to complete your project and be very satisfied.

Horrible service, price is acceptable, staff is in need of far more training, and for the price you pay items need to be far more convenient and accessible. Could have gone 5 mins up the road, saved a decent amount of money AND shorten my time by a full HOUR. If your just about the price and have TONS of effort and time to spare then by all means enjoy. As far as a busy woman myself I'll be taking my daily services else where!

IGodZombieRawr is the kind of person you don't want to lead you. Just look at her & the name. Ignore people like this, or pray for them. Don't know if this is a male or female, but beware of people with a name like this one. Make your own decisions. I will return to this business for my printing needs.

I went here because I was sick of getting ripped off at the UPS center. I got 92 copies made for 11.00 bucks. ( Great) The computers were super slow The copy machine crinkled all my papers, and the man at the register stated that he couldnt do much about it. He also said at first that he could punch holes, when the time arrived he said that I would have to do and gave me a office hole puncher.

What kind of copy place doesn't have a heavy duty hole puncher? Later one he asked if he could do it for me with HIS heavy duty hole puncher? Why didn't he do this from the start? Toward the end he said he didn't know how many copies I had and asked me to count. Again. what kind of copy place doesn't know how many copies I had made? I think its time for this place to come into the year 2016. I guess for the price the consumer could be willing to suck it up and deal with it?

Went in to get my degree scanned onto a memory stick. They put a massive crease in the document, and the actual quality of the scan was far from good. Then they charged me 3.25 for it.
