All I can say is WOW Amazing! I went to K&S because they are in my area, a family company, and of the 5 star ratings that they have. I wanted to get some items embroidered for a new company that I am starting. We had hoodies made for our staff here. They were GREAT! Sarah kept us informed thru the whole process. We had embroidery done on the front and our logo screen printed on the back. They came out fanatic! Will defiantly use them again!

Through the different non profit organizations I have volunteered for I have had the pleasure of working with K&S Sportswear for almost 20 years now. The reason for this review is to comment on a recent experience I've had. We recieved a defective item which was no fault to K&S Sportswear. Unfortunately it was brought to my attention months after purchase.

Even though the product was new. I thought my chances of getting a replacement was non existent, but I called anyway. To my surprise they contacted the company an within weeks I recieved a replacement. You can't get that type of customer service from a big box store. I also have to mention their community involvement. Their work with the schools and other local non profit groups is the reason I wanted to use them in the first place. They truly care about giving back to the community.

I had the most horrible experience. My embroidery was not aligned at all and the business did not acknowledge their mistake. They did not rectify the situation and I will never do business with them again.
