I use them quite a bit and am never disappointed. 2 years ago I told them I wanted 400 yeti cups because of how long they hold ice here in Florida. They agreed but also gave me an alternate on another brand. I took the other brand because of the SIGNIFICANT savings. 2 years later the logo is still on the mugs. I think they are better than the yeti. I like them so much only 350 of them went to customers. The rest are in my cupboard.

Drove a bit becaise they advertise they are an embroider. WRONG They are a.promotional products company. You must buy THEIR product and IN QUANTITY TO.get anyyhing embroidered (for example, you can NOT bring in a dress shirt for initials) I.have no problem with a business offering whatever they want. but the website is misleading. FURTHERMORE, They were rude and unprofessional.
I was explaing the confusion about their website and that embroidery service typically implies walk-in, single item, owner item seevices available and I drove a ways. Instead of apologizing for my drive and confusion they just got curt, loadly insostwd (someone yelling from back.office) QE ABSOLUTELY ARE AN EMBROIDERY COMPANY. You donr know what you are talking about. Anyway, went somewhere else and taken care of. ABSOLUTEY RUDE!
