Artsystems has been a part of Orlando for a long time, and I come here periodically for supplies. They have everything you might need for your artistic projects and if they don't, they work with you get it even if it means directing you to another store. Here you find not just paints, and canvases, but also ceramic tools and even glazes. The workers are always helpful, and if you happen to be a student, they knock off 20% on items that are not already on sale.

The store is filled with painting goodies, all sorts of brushes, paints, papers, canvas, easels, and even a printing area. It is NOT for kids, it's a more serious vibe. There's nothing wrong with bringing your children, I just know mine would be bored because he doesn't paint. Lots of variety to choose from and a nice change of pace from the box craft stores.

Always has what I'm looking for. Even more of an abundance than what's on my list. Special orders are done fantastic. Always in a good amount of time and they always let me know when it's in, even through texting. Even came out to help me buy it when I stayed in my car cause of my bad back and leg. This business is truly great and treats me like family. If you're looking for your drawing and art supplies, shop here, why would you go anywhere else?

I went here on my birthday, and the worker was so sweet! this place is great, and has loads of art supplies. much more than chains like michaels. even though the store is not as large as a michaels, it has waaaaaay more art supplies. it sucks that it's an hour away from where i live because it's great

Everyone at this store has the best attitude and knowledge in the art field. From framing to printing this store has it all. The best part is how close they are to their art community and their schools. They offer the best price so highly recommend to anybody needing art supplies or print/framing services!

Forget about it. I ordered a drafting board from this place and I don't mean a small drafting board either. The person I spoke to told me they would order it and it should arrive in one week. One week later I called them and they told me that they just put the order in and it should arrive and 10 business days. Course at this point I was upset because I needed that drafting board ASAP.
After one week it passed I called them again and spoke to a lady, who was quite rude, and she told me put me on hold to contact the company and regards to the shipping. When she returned to the phone she told me that the company had the drafting board on backorder for another month and a half. WTF! Yes in Orlando if you are into the arts, architecture, graphic design, etc you are limited to the places you can shop.
They are like the electric company. But I digress. The point is I'd rather drive to Tampa to pick up my art supplies than to go here again. But it's your choice, this is just my experience.

This place has a great selections of art supplies. You can find everything from easels, paint, spray paint to acrylic paint, brushes and canvas. I came here with a friend who was looking to buy a few supplies for a project she is working on. I had the chance to browse and walk around and was amazed by all the supplies they offer. The prices are reasonable you can find pretty much anything as I mentioned before.
What I really liked about this place is that it seemed to be targeted to a specific audience. What I mean is that you can find supplies for artists such as canvas and easels and supplies for students like paint, watercolor and brushes. Customer service was unfortunately inexistent which is the only negative I can think of. You have to know exactly what you are looking for when you come to this store because I didn't see anyone in the aisles helping out when I stopped by this place.
This store is well furnished and if you are an artist, a crafty person looking for a place to buy strictly art supplies you should check out Artsystems, you will not be disappointed.

Terrible Customer Service and overall attitude of employees is shameful. I went on three occasions thinking maybe I should give them a fair try! I had plans on buying an expensive easel however on all accounts I purchased some gesso which was highly over priced and received some of the most uninspired service in my life! The 2nd time I went in I was convinced they were sure racists, hateful people.
I left the store after stand next to the 200.00 Easel while the cashier at aired at me and greeted the next person who walked through the door as if I was invisible. I vowed never to return however a friend of a friend wanted to check them out for a art wheel. I suggested he go in first since he's white and I wanted to see if he would be treated any different then I had been the previous two times!
I kicked back about 8 minutes and he came storming out these people are "SCUM! I wouldn't spend a penny of my hard earned money in this establishment!" At first I was taken a back but I figured I'd go in one last time to see if it was the same gentleman or lady that was snobbish and rude to say the least! I went in and it was neither yet more of the same! Looks and stairs of discouragement no greeting and the hint of arrogance!
I shook my head and left vowing never to return! Terrible customer service! No acknowledgement and awful attitudes of attendants! Prices way to high to be treated as if your money isn't wanted! Hope this place closes soon!

This is the place I'd go to for Art supplies unavailable at Michael's. Prices range from good to expensive. Selection is extremely varied. Some of the staff are great and super nice. But one woman who works there looks miserable and disinterested in helping me out. It took me to say "Have a great day" or else she wouldn't even say it (I work in retail and that is a standard). Not a big deal. Maybe she was having a bad day the three times I've dealt with her.
