We take great pride in making our clients feel confident about their jobs during the production process. To help you gain a better understanding of what's happening to your project, we've compiled a glossary of terms that we commonly use in our industry. A number set by the American Standards Assoc., which is placed on film stock to allow calculation of the length and "F" number of an exposure.
Thanks to the convenience of our online file transfer module, there's no need to make a special trip just to deliver a file. You can easily send a file from your computer in a matter of minutes. It's that easy. After you've selected the file, click the "Send File" to transfer your file to us. If sending a folder (multiple files) you must first stuff the folder using compression software.

Critical: Professionalism The worse customer service ever had to go to ups all they had to tell me is to crop my photo in my phone so it could print the information I needed but the man told me it was nothing he could do maybe I was treated wrong because I only wanted one copy the worse experience ever I was in out in 2 minutes today

Have had several things printed here, legal documents mostly. For just the price of printing b&w pages they organized and put nice looking pronged fasteners on the different cases, instead of handing me a stack of papers. If you own a business and need a printing solution definately consider these guys.

They wont let you use the services unless you have a 10.00 min I was in desperate need of printing out a paper and didnt have time to travel to a different store. I believe if you have a business, you should cater to your customers as long as they pay for the service and I am one who needs the copy store alot, so that wasn't a smart move

They don't really have facilities for single do it yourself copying. This is more for large volume jobs for companies. It's great for small businesses or larger personal orders. I would use them for organizational events. They are privately owned and I am very much in favor of supporting small local businesses. Staff is courteous and helpful.

For many years we have used an on-line printing service that fit our needs, but we realized that we must support the businesses that make Pittsburg CA great. ReadyPrint is a Pittsburg CA anchor business. For years Tim and his crew at ReadyPrint have been providing top quality printing services. So why did we go to an on-line vendor at first? Good question!
I have no good answer for this, but we no longer will. Just recently we asked to have some thank you cards designed and printed along with some presentation folders. I completed their on-line form, and within 24 hours was in contact with Keith who helped us design some killer thank you cards and folders. After polishing the design, we were ready for print.
We picked up our materials and could not be any happier. If you need professional printing or marketing support, do yourself a favor and get in touch with ReadyPrint, you wont be sorry. Tell them that we sent you.
