If I could give them zero stars I would. After several years of using them for everything from business cards to catalogs we had a very important time sensitive order. We called to speak to the reps and verify the deadline could be met. We asked them to call us again so we could verify the ship date once print was complete. Even with all of that caution on our part their team selected the wrong shipping method so our time sensitive order arrived the day after the event it was needed for.
We tried REPEATEDLY to get someone on the phone to contact the shipping company to make a change to the shipping with no luck at all. Because of their carelessness we had to create and print a poor substitute on our office laser printer at a huge cost to us in time and supplies. Our clients were ok with our substitute (thankfully) but Americas printer refused to refund or credit our order.
We asked several people to at least consider giving us a credit to use on a future order since we had done several thousand in business with them and this order alone was $1,400.00 - we were offered nothing. As a small business owner myself I can't imagine treating a good customer that way but apparently America's printer has so much business that they can afford to have terrible customer service and zero accountability. Hopefully this review will save someone from wasting their money with this company.

Thoroughly impressed! I had a small print job I needed for my wedding invitations, I reached out to America's Printer because they are local and I've seen some of the mailers they've printed for my past employer. Eric Williams was incredibly helpful and professional. I got my invites printed in 2 days and it was for less than what I would have paid through Vista Print and a few other sites I checked out.
And they look amazing! I'm still blown away by how good they came out. If you live in the area I would highly recommend using them for your wedding invites over an online service. Also they are open til 11pm for some reason which is amazing. I was able to pick up the invites after traffic had died down.

I just received my brochures yesterday and they are THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BROCHURES I'VE SEEN IN MY LIFE! I've been ordering from all different kinds of companies for over 10 years, always being disappointed when I opened my box to see less than exciting results. This time figurative butterflies flew out of the box upon discovery of how magically amazing these brochures turned out.

Richard Cardenas is a genius and expertly handled my account, even referring me to a graphic designer when my artwork was not proofing properly. Someone give that guy a magic wand and cape STAT!

I had a last minute trade show and Chelsea got done 4 Banners, 2,000 brochures and business cards over night. No where else would do it and they were less expensive then anywhere else at standard prices. I'm very appreciative!

I'm so glad I found this place! Jose is my rep and he is always so polite and helpful. They have the best priced and they are QUICK! They have saved me soooo many times. Most printers take 3-7 days to finish my projects. Americas Printer gets it done sooo much faster. Receptionists are also always very nice. I work for a rapidly expanding company with over 15 restaurant locations. I highly recommend this print shop. Thank you guys!

I'm a little fish in a big sea and I use America's Printer twice a year to run modest numbers of 4-color postcards for my business. They have never screwed up and they have never missed a deadline. Quality is excellent, prices are excellent and service is excellent. It has been great not having to shop around and to have my reliable, go-to source for color work for the better part of a decade now.

My company started using america's printer as our primary vendor for all of our printed marketing needs and we have been extremely happy with them so far! My personal rep, Eric, is always such a pleasure to talk to, and has been very helpful as to helping us create our orders, set us up with our own graphics designer, and has been very insightful to give us the best advice to aid our printing needs.
Not to mention their prices are very reasonable, and they always make sure to dedicate time to their clients, which gives them an A+ in our book. America's printer is definitely our favorite printing company and we don't plan on ever changing!

I liked my initial order a few years ago. I placed the same exact order a second time with clear written instructions that the UV Coated side was the "STREET ADDRESS SIDE" in capital letters and the business cards were delivered incorrectly. The owner, Artie Parent refused to rectify my order. I was advised, "i understand. but the product says UV front. which means the first file ( page 1 ) is the front and page 2 is the back. we really cannot at this. hope you understand." Buyer beware.

I called around 730 needing one page printed out in a hurry. Apparently they dont rush. they informed me that they couldnt take my order, that I would have to call back in the morning to speak to sales. what is the point of staying open late if you cant even take a one page copy job with out sales? Dan- it would probably be in everyone's best interest if you specified that on your page. If someone had called my work for something sooooo simple I would have just taken care of it and gotten rid of them.

I've been using this printer for business cards, posters, and flyers now over a span of 5 years with 3 different companies. I was originally introduced to the company because our graphic designer was friends with the owner. Out of all the jobs we've done, we've only had 2 bad ones- stripey print job on posters and inaccurate spot UV coating on business cards. However, they're quick to fix and the quality of their stock and print color is excellent. And they're close by so I can pick up the jobs even after work since they close at 10 PM!

I am having a terrible experience with America's printer. America's Printer's sales rep claimed our job required a custom die for rounded folder flaps and stepped inserts. They sent our artwork to their pre-press department and created a custom die and used it to create a mockup which they also charged for. The mockup they sent looked fine.
The whole point of paying extra for the mockup was to make sure there were no problems when we got the finished product; and I was happy to pay the $110 to do the mockup to prevent future headaches like I am now faced with on a $2500 print job. My designer ok'd the job with additional instructions for spot UV and removal of some small social media icons on the folder which she sent them.
When we got the final product the folder flaps were not round like the mockup, nor did the stepped inserts align. There was also text omitted from the folder flaps. Obviously they did not use the custom die they charged me for. The sales rep Steve Norleen (Santoro) clearly dropped the ball on this one and wants to pass the buck! The sales rep blamed the designer, and with no concept of customer service or any intention to solve the problem basically said we only print what you give us.
I said, NOT TRUE. You created the die. I have a mockup which I paid for which does not look like the finished product you sent me, so please explain. All the errors in the job are related to the die and not the artwork. Steve Norleen (Santoro) cries that more than week (s) passed between the time they did the mockup with custom di and when they got our final "ok" to go to print.
So all of those edits were lost and forgotten. What nonsense. They keep blaming the designer who did not even create the di they used. The next day he is claiming it was our responsibility to create the die! How ridiculous. Then he sends an email refusing to communicate with me. We have been using Americas Printer for over a year now and have had nothing but the highest quality print materials and service including our recent full length 56 page catalog with a customized back pocket cover. They were even able to refer me to photography and graphic design services that could help me complete our projects and make eye-popping and very, very professional.
Our catalog was the hit of the Trade Show last January. Extra kudos to our Sales Manager, Steve Loria, who went above and beyond for our catalog and other recent quick-turnaround projects. He worked some long hours for us, always available, and even overnighted us extra boxes of our catalogs to the Trade Show in Las Vegas when we were running out. Nothing but the best from these guys. Highly recommended!
