Jim and Andra make a great team at MP. The turn around has always been quick and the work is terrific. My business has demands on us that are often on the fly, and they have always been responsive to our printing needs. I consider Jim and Andra a part of our team! I needed to get my Resume printed right away since I left it at home and Jim was able to get it printed for me quickly, pretty much at a moments notice. I was in and out with my custom print job in less than 5 minutes. Friendly service, and professional job.

My mother-in-law passed away unexpectedly and I needed various invitations, prayer cards, large canvas prints, and programs that were several pages and Minuteman Press was able to get everything done for me! I'm so grateful for Andra. I worked with her for a few weeks on various things and she was always responsive and kind. Everything came out beautiful, I was so impressed!

The turn around time on my items was quick, I was so surprised and the pricing is also very reasonable. The programs were a challenge because they were large, in color and needed to be stapled. I sent them last minute because of last minute edits and Andra and the Minuteman Press team got them to me with time to spare. Thank you Andra and the Minuteman Press team!

I have worked with Jim and his Minuteman Press for over 10 years now doing a variety of projects for the nonprofits I help and my commercial publishing projects. All of my jobs have been unique and needed someone who understands printing and quality - and still have a very fair price. And as for customer service, he and his team are the best! Jim has done posters, a whole series of low-volume and custom book printing, newsletters, and bookmarks for my various projects.

Every one has been done to - or exceeded - my expectations. If you're looking for a printer who will do quality work and has the team to support whatever you need, Minuteman Press of Lake Forest is the place to go.

Lost all faith in this company. Took a lot for me to write this review because I always give people a second chance in this case a third, fourth and fifth chance was given. I wish I could put zero stars. Poorly designed logo and had to argue for a refund in which the young lady offered to give in email format due to not being able to creatively utilize about 6 months to customize. Will never refer a soul! Over a year later no refund! Truly disappointed.

I've been doing business with Jim and Minuteman Press for several years now and they are the BEST in everything. Service, pricing, quality, creative and everything else you could ask for in a printer. I've gotten inquiries and bids from others but I always go back to Minuteman. If they could be called, SecondHand, they would deserve that title too. Really great company to work with especially in case of last minute emergencies when things are needed yesterday!

Jim and Matt are amazing! I print everything I need for my office here, from brochures, flyers, and info sheets to business cards. They are professional and super helpful. They are also very easily reachable through email!

Very lazy and responsible rude and Beyond unprofessional I have ordered some numbers 2 weeks ago because there was no approval by email you they didn't get my work done and at that it was paid for and they did not even have the courtesy to give us a call or send us an email to approve them then when I went to go pick them up they have the nerve to tell me to come back a week later that would have made three weeks instead of being apologetic for what has happened they could have said come later on I would have even understood come tomorrow and at that they stoled $20 and I say stoled because they said they couldn't refund me the complete amount because it was already in the system and it was not printed yet I had to give them a star that's the only way I could have made this complain cuz I really want that to give them absolutely nothing please never go there you will get robbed for no work being done. I needed mailing addresses printed for my wedding invitation and did a quick Yelp search for printing shops around the area. I am so glad I found Jim at Minuteman Press. The prices were incredibly reasonable and service was quick & easy. He was so responsive to my calls and emails and him and Matt were very friendly too. The entire process was very thorough.

He sent a digital proof and even printed out a test envelope to see if that's what we liked. We gave him feedback, he made slight adjustments and the next day, he had all envelopes printed and ready to go exactly how we wanted it. Now I have my go-to printing shop for all my printing needs!

Jim, Tom, and Matt are a great team! I've been specifically working with Jim and Tom over the last year, and they are incredibly professional and personable. They have assisted in printing and binding high quality presentations for my clients (various universities across the country). Tom in particular, has managed by projects and is always punctual with a client service orientation. They are a great business partner, and I looking forward to future projects. Plus, just a great group of guys.

My sister in law unexpectedly passed away, and my husband and I were the ones responsible for everything. We were in a scramble to get everything ready for her funeral, and I needed a last second job to get printed - a large canvas photo for her memorial and an obituary. Tom helped me out and they were able to turn around the large canvas in a day and a half and the obituary within an hour - I was so stressed out because I was submitting the obituary the morning of the funeral and Tom understood the stress and chaos we were going through and made it happen all in time. The quality was great too.

Outstanding! I'm a hobby artist on the side and needed a few prints to be completed by the end of the day. Since it was my first time working with them, after an initial phone call and a drive over, I was really happy with how thoroughly Matt explained the differences between paper, my different options, and cutting options! He helped me decide by even test printing a few of the designs on the different types of papers for me to decide which paper stock to go with- and that kind of service you just don't get anywhere. I can't say enough great things about this business. They have bailed me out with last minute projects more times than I can count. I'm a realtor so I have a lot of printing projects-these are the only printers that I'll ever use. An added bonus, their prices are competitive. Thank you Tom and Matt.

I came here to get invitations printed for a 1 year old's birthday party. I was pleasantly surprised how easy this experience was! Matt was very friendly and informative. He explained the process and printed them for me right on the spot! They turned out great and I think I was only there for 20 minutes. With how hectic things can be with an 11 month old, I was grateful that it was quick and I was on to the next thing. Thank you!

We had a very positive experience going through the process of buying a Minuteman Press franchise, thanks mainly to regional vice president Pete Scaglione. Pete answered all of our questions and did what he said he would do when he said he'd do it. Dave and Pete in Farmingdale were full of great information when we went through their training, too.

We listed every question we could think of, no matter how small it seemed, and then threw 'em at Pete when we met with him. He'd answer them all and then we'd do it again the next time we met with him.and then do it again. He and virtually every Minuteman Press employee we met demonstrated they know buying a franchise is a life event for owners. They also seem to know that the best way they can be successful is to help us be successful. Pete has set the bar pretty high, but we expect everyone at Minuteman Press to keep living up to it.

I love Minuteman Press! Just a great franchise with awesome people who are passionate about helping other businesses. The in-house graphic design ability and the amount of products available for branding purposes combined with their customer service can't be beat.

Really wanted to like this place. We were looking for a new print shop for our graphic prints and our first visit was good. Shannon assisted us, and while she was not particularly friendly or personable the quality and price of the print and paper were excellent compared to Staples so we looked past that. On our second visit, we had another print done by Matt (I'm assuming), and we brought in the previous print to show the paper and also said which one it was.

He printed it on lesser weight, and then when we asked about it said that they don't carry the thickness of the print that we brought in - the one we had printed there a few weeks before. He went back to check and was able to locate it but the quality was terrible. Super grainy, off colors and nothing you should stand by as a PRINT SHOP. He basically shrugged and said there was nothing he could do.

He wasn't interested in helping figure out the issue even though it's the same type of print and graphic that has come out fine before. It was clear we were wasting his time since we were just a single print order. Customer service is non existent here (unless you're spending lots of money, it seems) and we'll be looking for another place that treats all its customers equally with respect and value no matter how big or small the project is.

I really want to start off my review by commending Jim and Matt for their exceptional service. We had a conference to run, and needed things fast, and Matt was able to deliver with great speed and attention. He was great at getting back to me and answering all the questions I had. At the very last minute, Jim even made the extra effort to make sure things got to us at a reasonable time. Really appreciate the efforts, and would recommend them for printing services. We were totally disappointed with the Car Wrap job performed by the Fort Myers, FL franchisee of MinuteMan Press. The job is of poor quality, left unfinished, took almost one month instead of the three days promised and the Franchisee is not willing to provide solutions or issue a warranty statement. We expected a different result but we learned that just the Franchise name is not enough.

We trusted the MinuteMan Press brand, but we wish we would have read another posted Google review on this local franchisee before we ordered this job. We would never recommend MinuteMan Press of FORT MYERS. We have pictures that show the poor workmanship.
