If you are ordering more than 12 pieces, bulk ordering prices apply. Embroidery prices depend on the number of colors and the number of stitches, as well as the charge for digitizing your design.
Services
In our computerized embroidery department we offer countless options for customizing wearable goods from hats, to polos, to jacket backs. Embroidery can be used for product branding, corporate advertising, uniform adornment, gifts - you name it! All of our quality embroidered products are generated using digitized or 'stitchable' files. You can provide an image to be digitized, or our graphic designer can create an original image to be digitized for you.
We've been told we do the best screen printing ever. Our facility turns on high quality, high volume branded apparel for several labels and popular entertainment shows. Screen Printed images are created by pressing ink through a stencil supported by a stretched silk screen. Our expert printers operate both manual and automatic presses and are capable of up to eight color separations.
With thermal grip we can deliver your branded wearables in lower quantities at a lower cost than our competitors. Get it done and meet your production budget with us. Thermal Grip, also known as Thermal Flex or Heat Press, is a technique that applies an image with heat and pressure. Great for shorter runs with many variations that would normally incur a lot of setup cost.

I dropped off my Hockey Jersey last week to get a single digit one color number sewn onto my Jersey. I spoke to Brian about my order & he did warn me he didn't have a seamstress on hand. I told him as long as it was of twill material it could be pressed on. He said it would take about a week to do. I spoke to him yesterday to confirm if the Jersey would be ready?
He said yes but couldn't tell me what time? I'm driving from over an hour away and my timing coming to LA is important! I told Brian if it's ready I'll pick it up, if not, I'll just take the Jersey back as is. I honestly knew it wouldn't be done, no surprise at all! I've been a loyal customer of theirs for many and dealt with Terry, I have no problem with him. I'm only assuming they've changed owners or management? Just not the same service! It's so unfortunate that breaking promises to customers is no longer a BIG DEAL. My recommendation, STAY AWAY!

Their work may be good but the customer service is non existant. I called and had a small project. Sandy assured me this is not a problem and not to worry. I sent the specifics to her, called her back to discuss, was assured again no problem, talked the next morning as she had not sent the art back for review as she said she would, was assured for the 3rd time that this was no problem and it woud be done by the end of the week. NOTHING.
She never called back ever and our project that was a gift never happened. I don't care how good the work is, if they lie and don't do what they say, it's bad business. I would recommend to anyone to avoid going here and find someone who will do what they say and doesn't lie to you.

Agree with the people on this site. They are very unprofessional when reach out to them they don't follow up. They make promises but don't deliver. I complained about the person who never followed back up with me. The I get an email from someone else who says they can't take any more orders for a couple of of months. Funny because the lady on the phone told me I could place an order. I was in a crunch and they said I could get my shirts before our homecoming game then nothing. I will NOT do business with them and reporting them to the BBB.

I have been using Event Apparel for nearly 8 years for high school baseball uniforms. Terry and Sandy have never failed me. They will take any idea and make it happen. They produce a quality, custom product and if there are any problems they fix it immediately. The customer service is top notch as well.

Wow! The customer service here was strange and upsetting and STOPS COLD if you ask for a second quote. I sent some artwork and received a quote. My customer wanted a better price so I reduced a color and asked for a new quote about 7 days ago. I had been working with Destiny. Destiny said she would review my order and get me a new quote. I called to check, but on Friday, 7 days after I sent in the quote, she hadn't responded.
I called and another woman kept telling me that Destiny would return my call with a quote. I emailed Destiny and she did not return emails. The service became horrible and upsetting. They have for some reason decided they don't want to help me as a customer and I feel prejudiced against for no reason. I can't understand why a company would do that. Destiny acted uncooperative and strange when I asked for a second quote.
I deal with vendors all day long and get great products, but this company is being rude and unhelpful. It is upsetting and I realized that it is important to let others know that if you ask for "too much" there is a limit to their customer service and it stops cold.
