Customer service is good! But huge suggestion that your company should consider doing immediately. Get emails for every customer you have and tell them to DocuSign for any orders and also let them pay for their order online. Because today (03/23/22), I ordered 1/2 Tab Fastener File was $81.89. Two months back it was around $50.00 at Office DEPOT/Max. So, you can assume how much copy paper will be in coming months.

I was referred to Abbey's Printing by a relative who had used them for her dad's funeral program. I called Abby's on a Tuesday the day after labor day, Michelle took my call while helping a customer in the store. I emailed the program's and she responded in a timely manner with a quote and different size options. I emailed the final draft that night and was emailed back the next morning about 10 minutes before the store opened.

The programs were ready around noon. My cousin who's mom the programs were for picked them up. She hadn't had any dealings with Abby's other than picking up the programs. The first thing she told about her experience was how nice the people were. I highly recommend Abby's for all your printing need. All this was done in a 24 hour time frame.
