I went in to check on getting a patch sewn over a previous logo on a jacket. Jolene was so nice and pleasant; very helpful. I chose my pattern and left it all with her. Jolene did a beautiful job on the patch. She actually was able to make the patch for me from a photo I had saved to my phone. The pic does not show the true colors but she matched the patch exactly to my jacket! I could not be more pleased! The price was very reasonable!

I gave a detailed description of what I wanted done to the shirts I had made. I just received a picture of the finished product. Looks nothing like what I ordered. I am beyond pissed. These shirts were Christmas presents for family. It's to late to make any changes bc they took to long to make the shirts. Literally 2 days before Christmas. I am highly disappointed. I don't not like wasting my hard earned money on something that was poorly done and not done the way I specifically asked. I do not recommend using this company.
