My experience with Computer Clinic was excellent. I hired them to set up my parents with a camera and mic, as well as a WiFi picture frame. Scott set everything up, made sure they could navigate zoom, and was very patient. I very much appreciate the time he took with this, as it was a gift to my parents to "connect" the family during the 2020 socially-distanced holiday season.

The Computer Clinic has been a God send for me. There has been so many times I have lost pictures, froze my computer up, had a nasty virus attack my computer and brought it in to them and they have fixed all of these things for me. It is the only place I will take my computer to be fixed. They are very accommodating, friendly, and eager to help you out.
If you need something or your computer fixed this is the place to go. And the price is very reasonable too. I want to thank them for their service. You won't be disappointed! I give them a 5 star rating.

The responses are always quick and they are very good about putting the customer first. When diagnosing the problem on our computers they always let us know first what they found and the cost and time of fixing it. That is something that every business should look at! Great local company, we will always return.

Computer Clinic is the place to go for all your computer needs! I recently just purchased a refurbished laptop from the Luverne location. I called Sean, told him I needed a new laptop and what I used it for and he had the exact thing I was looking for at a very reasonable price. My old laptop was on its last leg. It was originally purchased 12 years ago from Computer Clinic in George. Scott and Sean could fix it everytime I broke it. If I had issues I could call the office and they would tell me what to do to fix it. I prefer these guys to big box stores any day!

I took my all-in-one desktop computer to Computer Clinic after it froze on me and would not allow any activity. I said it was okay if they needed to reboot the hard drive, if needed. They appeared to fix it and got the computer to turn on again allowing access to Windows 10, which was already the OS before taking it in to fix. After getting it home and when I began to use it, I noticed the screen flashing off, then on periodically. every few minutes.
This continued and would not stop despite rebooting several times. I took it back and the employee told me that the screen had nothing to do with what they did to fix it in the first place. Perhaps true, but I never had this issue prior to taking it to Computer Clinic. After a few hours, I was told the PC was working properly and did not flash after adjusting the display settings. An employee further went on to say that this "was a problem" with that kind of computer.
I took it home and immediately, the screen began to continuously flash the same way. I ended up taking it to another repair shop and was told that whoever "fixed" it in the first place did everything backwards as far as reloading and this caused the issue with the display and that the hard drive may be permanently damaged. At this time, the PC is at the shop and as of right now, I still don't know if it will be fixed.
What I do know is that this issue NEVER happened prior to taking it to Computer Clinic. The owner seems to be a great guy and I see other reviews are good, but I'm never using them again.

The Computer Clinic has my go place since it has opened. They have fast service and their prices are very favorable. The service is very friendly and helpful. I am not very good at computers and when I get into a jam I trust them with my computer and they have never let me down. Thanks for all you do for me. I love going their!
