In January of 1999 Shawn Monahan began his business primarily lettering race cars and occasionally working on commercial vehicles. Shawn's first year of business thrived from word of mouth referrals only. As a result, the following year Shawn developed a large amount of business from the quickly spreading news of his excellent quality of service. For the first two years, Shawn operated Critical Signs from his home garage. Business quickly boomed, and Shawn could no longer accommodate the demand from home, so he opened his first commercial location in Waterford in September of 2002.

The team at Critical Signs most recently designed and wrapped one of our oil trucks (they have also lettered our service vans). Everyone at Critical is easy to work with an very professional. The truck design (pictured below) was done by Lindsay and she did an awesome job taking our ideas and making them a reality. I highly recommend critical signs for your vehicle lettering and wrapping needs!

I went to Critical Signs to have my first work truck for my new business branded with lettering and artwork. I had ideas on what I wanted and Kim Parker help me make my truck exactly what I was looking for, she's awesome. She was able to send me proofs of what the truck would look like before they even started the job. with the amount of options they sent me before committing it could not have been easier to chose a design!

If you want something done right the first time, I HIGHLY recommend coming here. I've been to multiple places in the area for window tints and although other company's prices may seem more appealing, you really do get what you pay for! Critical signs had my car in and out and the quality is WELL WORTH IT!

Definitely recommend. Had my VW's windows tinted and they looked awesome. Had it done in only a couple hours. The next day, my driver's window started peeling from the bottom corner because my windows automatically roll down when the door is opened. I called them and they immediately set an appointment up with me and completely re-did the tint free of charge.
Then had my taillights tinted after they special ordered in the shade I wanted since they didn't have it in-store. They're priority is customer satisfaction and that's the most important part of any business! Thank you guys!
