With the customer connection you can track the status of your order in realtime as it progresses through the production process. You can get quotes for any of our products, including fractional prices from custom sized signs that normally would require a phone call. You can build quotes easily and request reviews. You can submit orders through our order entry form and not have to worry about if we received it. Upload artwork directly through customer connection with your custom quote or order. Proofs are not provided by default, however, if you request a proof there is no additional fee to do so.
Services
All orders placed with Amtek Signs are to be in writing and faxed along with a hard copy of the artwork layout. Our factory will then acknowledge your order within one business day with an order confirmation. It is the responsibility of the distributor to review the order confirmation and inform Amtek Signs of any discrepancies.

Poor customer service and not truthful on delivery times. Tried calling two times, no one answered, only voicemail. Went to their website and had a chat with Shelby, who was unapologetic of taking double the amount of time to do a simply small project. Sites inaccurate information to me stating that on a Friday, my product was ready, just won't ship until first thing Monday.
It's 2:15 on Friday and she states the Mail has already been picked up. Not sure why a shipping label can't be printed and shipped via a dozen other methods including drop boxes, post offices etc that are open with last pickups until 5pm usually. Excuses only and due to the delay. No apologizes, nothing gone out of their way to "make it right", nothing.

Told them to cancel my order. Told me they had to "check with production" like she couldnt call over to her brother in the shed. It's been 15 days and I still dont have product. Even paid extra for faster shipping. They said it's because pandemic and short on help. But it clearly states on website "we are processing and accepting orders at normal during this time". Survey says that's b.s.

Ordered a small amount of product from them and never received an email with a tracking number. After 10 days I still had not received any information regarding my order. i began calling but was unable to reach anyone until 5 days later. After a useless 5 minute conversation the operator put me on hold to speak to her supervisor for 9 minutes. The operator came back on and told me that there phone cuts off at 15 minutes and if I wasn't satisfied by the 15 minute mark, I may call them back.
Then the phone cut off. i then received an email stating it's company policy that "if you haven't received your product 30 days after the shipout date, the company will make it right". She also attached a tracking number for me. when I tracked it, the website gave me no information regarding my product. i will never do business with this company again.
