This was once my "go to" online printer, but slowly they have devolved. I do not exaggerate when I say I have ordered 100 times and for over 15 years. Many of my projects were sloppy and their quality control seemed to miss some very obvious cutting and printing errors. Long delays in the reorders. They also lose orders and do little to own the mistakes. I have finally stepped away. There is enough competition out there in this marketplace that will do what they did years back.

I have been ordering with this company since 2005. I have placed just under 100 orders. I am done. They have gotten so far from what they once were. The quality of products and customer service is horrible. I am 1 month from my original order date on some simple greeting cards. I am currently on hold with a customer service number that seems to be a call center.
They have no idea what happened to my order and tried several excuses in justifying their failure. The quality control of their entire process is poor. They miscut orders and don't do any quality control before shipping them. I was as loyal as they come. I am done with this shite show.

HORRIBLE! I have used this company for all my business cards and other printed items to accompany our products for over 11 years. Something has happened with their company and it is not good. Now all the calls are out-sourced and all you get when calling is a bunch of "I'm sorry", but no resolution. I ordered business cards and paid for express production and express FedEx shipping on March 8.
Today is the 26th of March and my order is still in the Los Angeles area where it was printed. I have been given three different tracking numbers, one each time I contacted customer service. No one can tell me where the shipment is now. And although I have asked them to reprint my order, they are not interested in doing so. Just horrible. There are other printing companies.
I think I shall be using one of those soon! Such a shame as although they probably weren't the best printing company (colors were not always what they should be and web site was always a little time-consuming to use when designing the card) they were convenient and had a reasonably good product. However, if you can't get customer service and are talking to someone in another country who cannot assist me and refuses to connect me with anyone in the USA, they are not worth the effort. Go Elsewhere for your printing needs!

They used to be great. I have been using them for the past 5 or 6 years for my business cards. But this year things have changed. I think they've got some kinks to work out now with the user design. Also, the shipping options have been limited to FedEx only now (I think? you used to be able to use USPS or UPS for less money). I called customer service to explain that the website was actually deleting parts of my card, and the representative was friendly and professional, but so far, unable to resolve the problem.

This company used to be great. Cheesy website, but you could upload your own designs, and the site provided resources like templates and image prep guidelines that made the process easy. I use a color-managed computer system, and always got postcards that were 99% perfect. Amazing for the cheap price (about 1/3 or 1/4 what Modern Postcard charges). Sadly, I just returned with a new order, and things are not as they were: 1) The site is not navigable anymore.
If you want to know how to upload your own design, good luck. No templates, no complete specs, no nuthin'. 2) They've changed printing facilities (probably meaning, they outsource now. So basically, nothing is as it was. And I'm not about to make a leap of faith. I'm searching for a replacement. Possibly even Modern Postcard. it may be worth the price premium. P.S. Do not even THINK about using gotprint.com. See my review, and the hundreds of others that justifiably bludgeon that mockery of a service company.

I have been dealing with this company for years without any problem until there was one. I have never been treated with such disrespect and arrogance by a "customer service" department, especially when the problem was created by them. The "manager" refused to tell me the name of her boss. Her response was "I am as good as it will ever get". This company needs to retrain or replace their customer service department before they go out of business, but I will think twice about ever doing business with them again or recommending them.

ARROGANT CHEATS.STAY AWAY! I've used PrintsMadeEasy for years. Recently they made a mistake by shipping me a reprint of an old order, rather than the new order which had some changes. Normally I would assume I made a mistake, as I often do, and just pay for a reprint as I have done several times in the past. But PrinstsMadeEasy keeps a digital proof that you can check when you review your order and this proof clearly showed the new changes.
When I requested that they send me the correct order they first insisted that I was wrong and that they could not have made such a mistake. Next they told me they would pull physical samples to double check, but when they did not get back to me in over a month, I emailed them requesting an update and was told that they requested samples be sent by me.
They email record clearly shows they made no such request (they also keep the entire email record on their site). This company has no interest in customer service or fairness I am out $96.09 because they believe they are unable to make a mistake and that I am a liar, even though I have been using their services for 5+ years. Steer away!

I used Prints Made Easy for my City Council campaign in 2013. PME was recommended to me by a current council member who used PME a few years earlier. I ordered two sets (15,000) of double-sided, glossy color cards for door-to-door delivery, plus one set of 10,800 of a similar design which PME automatically addressed and mailed directly to the residents (I provided the addresses in.csv format).
I can't comment on their color accuracy because I'm not a professional graphic designer. But the cards looked fine to me. I was very happy with the print quality, the customer service and the turnaround time. I had one difficulty with my mass-mailing order, but the customer service department at PME took care of it very professionally. I would definitely use PME again.

Prints Made Easy offers 100 free business cards printed on good (aka, non-flimsy) stock. Create an account and save your projects. It takes a while to design a decent card. You do have to pay taxes and shipping handling (I paid $7.56 at this time). I find it is worth using their service instead of vistaprint. The cards can survive handling. The selection of graphics is quite good.
The graphics are more appropriate for professional use instead of purely personal use. They offer double sided printing. The cards fit standard card cases and are easy to store. These features are important if you are unemployed and want your contact to remember you. If you order 500 cards or more, you'll receive higher quality paper and better print quality.
Their customer service is incredibly fast and responsive. You couldn't find better. Splurge for the higher quality cards. moo.com is an even better service but you only get 50 cards for $5.00 s&h. The cards are slightly oversized which can create storage problems. But they are awesome cards. Very elegant.

I've ordered cards from these folks for years for both of my businesses and never had a problem - until now. The cards I received were single sided (all my cards with one exception have always been double sided) and they were without laminate - something that I've never done. Somehow the order history shows what I received - single sided with no laminate.
They offered to reprint for 50% but I have a problem with that. I made a few modifications to my previous order that was double sided and now that artwork seems to be gone from the site. I've like these guys in the past but I'm going to have to find a different supplier.

Have you ever had very high expectations after something had cough your eye. Expecting something that looks So Good afar or even after a meeting? But then get let down so bad you just don't know what to do but to grind your teeth? Kinda like meeting a hot girl or studly guy (for most of you girls) in a meeting or a party or club. Things get rolling and you think its all good to GO GOOOOOOOO!
But then POW! something, yea something just blows it all away in a second when you meet in person. So you try it again, because you think they looked Soooo Good, they're like human and we all have off days. So hea, lets try it again. And guess what, Yep.something happens. Well this has been the relation ship I have had with Prints Made Easy. Using them for over 4 years.- its was all good print work.
I thought i'd expand my relationship with them and tried their mailing service. - this first batch went well. I wanted to run a second batch with them, so i expanded my mailer to the first batch run plus another group of 300 across the street of the original run. -My cards and mailers addresses were prepared in January of 2012. -Not sent because of some issues ready to be sent in the end of February.-OK. -I waited and waited and called. PME said that the prints and postage went out and give it 30 days to get there.- So I did. -They asked me to wait another 30 days because there may have been some issues.- so i did and were in April now and this was for a winter marketing promo. -In May i requested that they give me tracking to the post office so i can track to see if they did mail it.
I did not get information for a few weeks. -PME said the cards were sent out. My clients from the original run and were included in the second run never received these cards. - I was calling every three days, then after tracking down who the main person in charge was, i started to get some answers. She gave a a phone number to a the mailing department in southern ca.
I called and it turned out to be the post office there. -So i called the USPS and they gave me to a person to investigate if they had sent the postage out. They said the information given by PME was general and that I should report a formal investigation on this matter. -Its August tomorrow and all of this missing mailer is going no ware with PME, just a bunch of smoke and department pointing.
The owner needs to step up and handle this matter because your managers can't. My point: Prints made easy is OK with printing. Don't use them for your mailings. If so you better have some sort of tracking of it, have one sent to you. Also have them send you tracking batch number from the usps. If you don't: You may be running around trying to figure out where your $$$ went and time spent trying to find out.
And like me just wanting to know " WHERE'S MY DAMN MAILERS! " So like seeing that person for the first time its all great and all. Until you know them better and you find out that they have bad breath or just something WRONG WITH THEM. I will revise this because they use to do really good products for us, but this incident is unacceptable. I usually don't report bad unless it's bad. I like writing 4 stars and 5 stars, but BE WARY OF http://www.printsmadeeasy.com/

I've been using these guys for years. Their online editing program is as easy as it gets - use their templates/designs or upload your own, or a little of both. There is nothing complicated about it. I use the post cards as packaging header cards and they look clean, vivid and professional. Their business cards are awesome too - I can get exactly what I want and there are no surprises.
We did have a problem with colors once due to differences in monitors so tech support went in and made color adjustments for me based on what I was aiming for.they can also do a few more complicated effects that their editing tool couldn't do. So basically, there are no limitations. I just tried ordering a banner from them and just as before, it was simple and it looks beautiful. AND the price can't be beat. Shipping is fast too. Luckily for me, I live a few miles from the production house so Standard shipping is usually a day or two after printing is complete.

I really liked Prints Made Easy and used them a great deal until I had a printing problem with their post cards. I ordered 500+ post cards and sent them out to clients. I heard from multiple people that the post card's printing was smudged upon arrival. That was not the image I wanted to give my clients. When I email PME they explained they could do nothing and didn't seem to care they were about to loose a client. Its too bad their customer service does not recognize a returning customer. I had used them for 2 years and now plan on finding another printer.

They took over 7 days to provide a printable proof. Company offers cheap printing services touting customer service as its unique selling proposition. It promises a 24-48 hour turnaround on artwork and design, but took 7 days to provide me with an acceptable proof. Their graphics department works very slow, and each change you make to the proof takes another 24-48 hours to implement.
Their shipping prices are also very high - $40 for standard shipping of 500 postcards. I had a tight deadline and was in danger of missing it so I asked the customer service to ship the cards overnight to me at no charge, which they refused to do, so I cancelled the order. All they would have had to do is ship the cards and not charge me and I would have been happy but it seems they would have rather lost the order completely than to give me that small concession.
Also their employees seem to keep irregular hours, and although the main answer desk answers general inquiries quickly, I found my account rep and artist difficult to reach. They also do not print on weekends so if your order falls on a weekend you have to wait till Monday. This company also has had complaints filed against it for low quality printing on flimsy stock and also questionable advertising tactics in putting down its competitors, but I have not substantiated these claims. They might be worth a try for something that is print ready but I would not use their graphics department unless you have plenty of time to wait for proofs.

I agree about http://PrintsMadeEasy.com. I was very skeptical of them at first until I learned a collegue used them with success. I ordered from them for my business last year and they were fast, efficient, and the customer service was unbeatable. I can't say how happy I am with them.well I guess I can because I will be placing another order with them next month.
I will not only be ordering business cards this time, but stationery as well. Oh and by the way, they save your work so that you can use the same cards over and over again if you wish.

I am a former Vista-print customer after a customer service issue was not handled properly and have been ordering from PrintsMadeEasy.com ever since. Here is an example of why. I designed my own business cards on-line on their website. I ordered the cards the same evening which was last Friday. It's Monday morning and I get a package I am staring at the cards I made a couple of days earlier. That's INCREDIBLE!
As Shaunna mentioned the expedited delivery price is a little steep, however it is way worth it! You get what you pay for and more. PrintsMadeEasy the name says it all! There service rocks! Vista who? May the source be with you

When you need something more than the average Vista-Print.com people are willing to help with, Try Prints Made Easy. For people like myself who are.let's just say, not always technologically advanced this is a great place to do business cards. The program you use to create with on line is easy to navigate, everything you need to know is right in front of you and for those things that you still need help with, their customer service is always readily available. I'm by no means a graphic design person but I do know what Looks good and people trust me to give them a flawless product.
These guys deliver. The shipping is just a little pricey (not real bad) but hey when people want something like three days ago they gladly cover the cost of expedited delivery. All in all a great tool again for small businesses and the average person alike
