Will never use this business again, we have used then 3 times now and disappointed each time mostly for taking way to long and not wanting to make our edges rounded on business cards. The last time I used then I wanted 3 business stamps made and from start to finish it took about 2 1/2 months they took about a month and got 2 out of 3 wrong and they did finally get them to me but I was so upset with them because I called them at least 2 times a week to see how they were coming with my order and each time it was a new lie then finally the last time I spoke with them they said they had not gotten on it yet and they would get right on it well I was so irritated with them by this point all the lies and undelivered promises never again 3 times and they are out. I will go online next time and ha=3 it in a week. Save your time and frustration go elsewhere.

Terrible. Slow as molasses. Multiple screw-ups on last order (total $404). When I asked them by phone about my order, they responded "too bad; you approved the proofs." Somewhat true; but not the whole story. They made mistakes on two of three parts of the order. And they would make no adjustments whatever. I've dealt with them several times over the past 10 years and was satisfied before; but not anymore.; currently, and my opinion based on experience, but not good people to deal with.
