You need to make your design smaller or use a higher resolution image to obtain better quality. Your layout contains images that have been resized to the point where they may appear blurred. Embroidery requires special files that contain information on how to stitch your design and what color threads to use.
Pea Ridge Embroidery & Signs digital printing processes have been developed specifically to address quality, efficiency and cost, using the latest in printing technology such as our Brother gt-381 printers and large format Roland Eco-Sol printers to deliver cutting edge digital printing options. Our advanced print-on-demand technology provides what you want when you want it.
Pea Ridge Embroidery & Signs can eliminate costly warehousing and distribution, saving you time and management costs. Pea Ridge Embroidery & Signs is your virtual warehouse and together we can provide solutions that are both cost effective and timely. Our printing technology enables us to print on many items from large format banners, decals and signage to ceramic mugs, mousepads and award plaques.
There is a ONE TIME set up fee for custom embroidered logos. The cost is $85.00 for most Cap and Chest size logos up to 15 colors and 7000 stitches or less. Most all logos under 3 fit within these parameters. You can either e-mail your logo in a AI. Setup (Digitizing Your Logo) takes about 24 hours depending on artwork, after which you will be setup for use in our system to embroider any item we sell. We can also design your logo using with our vast library of stock embroidered designs and lettering styles online.
