After a great first interaction with Pen-Print, I can no longer recommend them. Their customer service has transitioned to 'rude', and it appears that smaller clients are more bother than they are worth. Rarely return phone calls or follow up on an order. All this could be excused if they provided excellent expertise. This is not the case, repeated inability to handle large file sizes.

Absolutely fantastic experience. It's been a long time since I've worked with a company that has such high customer service. Heather was able to support my last minute requests twice and never batted an eyelash. In addition she provided excellent guidance on what would be the ideal format for a flyer we were distributing that would be the best value. Can't say enough good things. I went back twice and we'll be working with them again in the near future!

I came into Pen Print to Xerox copies of my Lost Dog flyer, they had an incredible amount of sympathy for me and my story! They gave me copies free of charge in hopes to help me find my puppy. We decided to design our own wedding invitations, but still need a print shop to get them made. These folks took great care of us and they were super easy to deal with. The turn around time was fast and the price was way under the competition. We will definitely head to these ladies when we need to print some thank-you cards in a few months.
