Terrible customer service. From lying about how long things would take to not communicating that there's a delay. Definitely would not recommend.

I was referred to G&E printing by a family member and so far all I have done was go in there and order a Step&Repeat, 2 banners and some stickers. I was immediately helped out by Giavana. She was an absolute joy to work with. Very friendly, helpful and attentive. She answered every question in detail and accomidated all my requests for changes to the original artwork I presented to them. Can't wait to see how everything comes out we are very excited.

Been ordering with a partner from G&E for a while and they used to be reliable. As of the past 6 months they completely lost this one good thing going for them. I have ordered stickers given them over a week to print with a deadline and they miss the deadline almost every time now. To the point where I have to tell them I need it days earlier than I actually do because I know they will mess it up.

When ordering clothing for a team event I ordered Well in advance and without heads up our 40 pieces were 3 weeks late. At least they should know to call in advance and tell you when something isn't going to be ready. They will not call you for any updates. I have to call them on the day of they're supposed to have my items ready and they will tell me a new date past my deadline. For a long time I tried to put up with their bad service and poor time management but as this continues to happen I recommend looking for another printing shop.

Very bad people, I put an order 58 days ago, they charge me $2550. September 20th 2019 I paid in full, till today I still didn't receive the product & refund, please find attach all the invoice - email exchange. They are very unprofessional, owner name Giovana Moreira biggest Liar ever I met in my life, she been giving me run around every 2 days with false tracking number - wrong information, one day I spend full day outside of her office waiting for my shipment which never arrive, after 5 clock I went empty hands, BIG LIAR If you ever do business with GE printing please do not pay till you receive your order.i am still waiting for my refund , My story is same as one of person who comment 2 year ago

My friend ordered some Banners from here and they were awesome! So Ordered Some Postcards and the results where amazing. Better than I imagined. Can not wait to use them again.

This company is amazing. I love their work and customer service. They have great quality and they offer a great price for their services. I am a set customer and I will definitely be going back to them. This is the best I've seen anywhere and I highly recommend.

Awesome Staff! Super friendly and fair price! They always have a great deal available. Our logo was hard to work with and the result came out better than we expected. We were told 2 weeks for production and our order only took 8 days! We recommend to anyone looking for quality products and a respectful treatment!

I'm a graphic designer myself and I trust G&E printing with all my printing needs as I don't have the printers they have at home. I love that they are a family business, I am always happy with their prices and they are very punctual. I highly recommend them to anyone that's looking for car wraps, signs, and even small things like business cards and flyers.
