I was not informed that slight changes to graphics were going to cost $20 each. The owner was rude about payment and would not respond or remove the excessive change charges. You do not want to do business with this company. Also, the quality of the printing was not checked and I received unusable literature. Not only did I not get a refund nor free new copies, I was charged extra for the next set. No response from the owner. He conveniently disabled his phone number and you won't be able to get a hold of him at the shop. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Kevin Ferguson, came to our business to make sure we had all the supplies we needed. I stopped him, posed a question to him about a problem we were having.
