To be honest the overwhelming majority of the negative reviews of this company are posted from 1) disgruntled previous employees who did not fulfill the requirements of their position 2) troll's who never worked here to begin with 3) worked under, since removed, poor department heads, that failed to not only strive to see company success but the success of those that worked within their department.
As with any other company, there are shortcomings. However, those short comings, are generally promptly addressed. Although I have only been with the company since 1/4/21, I am more than pleased with the recognition/compensation I have received since becoming a member of this team. If you are willing to be a team player, set and maintain and/or exceed expectations and be conscientious of how the effort you put forth in your particular department contributes to the success of the company and your co-workers, you will be recognized for your efforts. That said, this is just my personal experience since joining and MPG is far and away the best company I have worked for (which has been a few lol).

When someone calls that could bring in a customer worth 100's of thousands of dollars, and just explained what they need and tell YOU to take down their email. That's bad business. If I'm spending money with you, especially consistent print jobs worth 5 figures, I expect you to cater to my needs, and by that I mean just sending me your email address to my email . Cost ya 5 figures worth of profit annually for that level of petty ego.

I loved working there and thought I was going grow in the company, but all that went to shambles. So, Supervisor said if you're going to be late just notify me. So, ,d id that and he said you're good. I wasn't late every day just had a problem with home and I discussed everything that was going on with my situation and he said just keep me informed and I did.
I got sick and he told me to go home and get better, so I made an appointment the same day, but couldn't be seen til the Thursday. I had flu and strep throat. I was to report to on Monday, but I got fired in the process before Monday. It had snowed that Friday and I text and said I'm coming after the bridge opens, but I didn't show up. I tried to call but my was off, so got it on and I received a message saying MPG don't need your services anymore.
I think I was done wrong and there was no warning or meeting with me or anything. The rules wasn't followed completely. I followed the rules that are in the rule book. I loved my job and I want it back by any means neccessary, PLEASE. Mr. Terry Pegham, you're a great man whom I admire and I believe you would have handled this situation a little better and professionally. Whom ever read this, please note that I want my job back please, . Thank You and God Bless

Honestly it's my ideal workplace. No dealing with rude customers or their complaints. But you still have to deal with co-workers. This place is clearly a revolving door as they don't bother with nametags or badges. Just parking permits. The one thing I don't like about this place is the hours. They work you all day with the usual three breaks. 7 to 6:30 and you can't even go off to eat.
You just leave your lunch on the tables and just hope no one takes it. If you even bring it. They should have the work divided in shifts instead of teams. It's like the day is never going to end. And then when it does you all line up to this one clock out machine. Freaking ridiculous. I wonder if they make a profit. Or maybe they're that cheap.
