I've use Plastek Cards for several years. Their ordering process is very straight forward and the turnaround time is wonderful. The products they offer are high quality and my customers love their cards. If you have not used their services, check them out. You will be glad you did!

FABULOUS service! I've used them for years to produce exhibitor badges w/ the colored logo on the front and each exhibitor's name along w/a barcode on the back. Always pleasant; accurate, and timely! This year I screwed up the Excel of exhibitor names/barcodes. They worked with me on a very tight schedule to re-do the badges and got them to me a day earlier than promised! I'll be back next year.

Good prices, great service. Lizette did a great job taking care of us and everything was done pretty quick. The cards were a little thinner than our old cards, but sturdy enough and better priced than other comparable companies with the same standard card thickness.

The company that created our membership cards for new members went out of business. Plastek Cards was very responsive to our request for a quote to create our cards and complete our membership card orders. Lizette Valencia was personable, professional and efficient with clear communication. Patricia Teaford, business office, was also of the same caliber. We have had a few orders and everything is perfect and received as promised. Set up and auto-pay was very straightforward and user-friendly!

They are professional and provide quality cards. The cards came out better than what I had hoped. We are very satisfied with our gift cards.

Cindy was exceptional in answering all of my questions regarding interest in placing the order. The samples that she provided helped us in ordering a great product. Shipping time worked in our favor as well. Definitely will be placing another order soon.

Have really loved working with this company over the years. Their customer service is excellent. We offer their gift cards and sleeves to our Deli customers and like the look of the cards and the ease of re-ordering them too. The price is very competitive. Very happy customer. Laura

Totally and utterly professional from inception to receipt. My initial contact was Cindy who assisted me through the entire process. Since this was the first time I ordered gift cards, I was a bit overwhelmed by the options available to me. After speaking with both Cindy and Aimee (the graphic artist) I was completely comfortable. We exchanged a number of emails with some changes and confirmations.

After I signed off on the proof and made payment, the company totally kept me in the loop regarding delivery etc. Incredibly determined to satisfy the client. Not only did I receive the product as per our correspondence, but it even exceeded my expectations. I've received multiple time-sensitive orders with errors/data omissions which ended up costing us a lot of money. Terrible customer service and no accountability--do not be fooled by their competitive pricing. You will most likely end up wasting your time and money working with them.

Had them print plastic membership cards. The ordering process went fine, though many of the options they offer are not explained. Received the order when I was supposed to but opened the box and all of the cards are scuffed and scratched. I emailed to ask and was told that was a byproduct of the printing process for black cards and it's just the way it is. Didn't seem to care. As far as I know, this "byproduct" is not listed on their site anywhere. Disappointed.

Once you get these folks on the phone they are somewhat helpful--not exactly super friendly, but somewhat helpful. I will give it to them, that they respond to emails pretty quickly, but that seems to be the only thing they've done fast. Their prices are fair, but the turnaround time for production (10 days) is a bit steep compared to many competitors, and without a rough option this is a bit difficult. And given the fact that you can spend nearly 30 minutes on the phone holding to get an actual representative, you might be better off elsewhere.

Called in advance and got an okay for artwork that contained a tasteful photo of bare naked butts. Paid for art work to be created for their template, we then sent in for approval and then denied once it was revealed that is was 3 male butts for a gay company.

BEWARE of Plastek Cards and Jeff Fulmer.completely unprofessional and rude. Would not give these people my business again. They do not return phone calls or repeated emails to communicate. Jeff Fulmer is a complete jerk and completely unprofessional. Once they get your money, they farm out the projects to a 3rd parties who are even worse to deal with, and has no incentive to do a good job or see that the job is completed on time and correctly. Jeff Fulmer has an excuse for everything so BEWARE.

What should have taken 2 weeks, ended up being 8 weeks! Yes, 8 weeks.completely ridiculous. And if you show any disdain with them and their service, they hold you up your project even longer as punishment. These people are crooks, rude and unprofessional. I order 500 plastic business cards, which has been a complete nightmare. Will not do business with these people or Jeff Fulmer again. BEWARE! Plastek Cards Inc
