Lou & BLI Copier Printer Plus have been in business with our agency for 15+years. The service is OUSTANDING. We are an insurance agency who constantly uses the copy machine and fax machine ALL DAY and that puts a wear on the machines but one call to Lou and he literally is at our office within 20 minutes AND SOLVES WHATEVER ISSUE WE HAVE. He also gives us free toners that HE SHIPS TO THE AGENCY.

Some copier repairmen are only interested in how much they can charge you. Lou at BLI is just the opposite. He knows my Kyocera inside and out and fixes what needs to be fixed both quickly and at a reasonable price! My copier is great and Lou keeps it humming.

Luis was willing to come to my home to help repair a printer, but I was able to send video of the problem. He checked with his technical folks and the printer was too old to get parts.
