We didn't come from Wall Street, We aren't a tech startup and we certainly are not a middle man like the nationally advertised website based T-shirt "printer". We've been around for over 15 years so we are experienced in the business & art of printing. We are craftsmen printing on the latest state of the art automated and manual screen printing equipment creating the very best quality custom printed T-shirts and more! Each order is a custom one of a kind project and our goal is to make your image stand out in the biggest way.
If submitting a claim for shortages, damages or defects either a written fax or email must be received with 7 business days after your item is received or signed for. Metro Printing & Promotions liability shall be limited to the stated sales price of any defective goods. We will not be liable for any consequential damages, such as profit loss.

An absolutely despicable company with completely belligerent and unethical owners. I have personally witnessed Steve and Scott verbally abuse their workers, calling them slurs, and referring to clients as slurs and derogatory names as well. The toxic environment they perpetuate is disgusting and they have no business owning a business.

We've been using Metro printing for a number of years now for our promotional t-shirts, and have always received quality products. The digital catalog enabled us to view our designs on different colors, to see which ones we liked best. Our shirts arrived very quickly and were packaged nicely in a way that made sorting easy. Steve and Aly provided great customer service throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend Metro for any t-shirt printing needs.

FANTASTIC service. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for business cards or printing service. They are fast, reliable, and answer you very quickly. Steve is hands down the best employee I have ever dealt with for a company. He answers his emails right away and always is kind and courteous. I have been using them for about 3 years now for my automotive company and I will continue to use them. Just trust me and give them a shot before you go anywhere else, you will NOT be disappointed.
