Bishop Print Shop

I have worked with them since May of 2012. Joel is always very nice and responsive. I don't know if he's there anymore, or what role he is there since he is not around to return calls or emails. The last few years have become ever so frustrating. We get our menus updated and printed with them. When we have a project I make sure to give ample time to get it done because they take forever.

They have two separate people who work on it (who are never on the same page- since they point the finger at one another) and send you different saved versions, multiple errors, and then when you finally think ok it's good to print, they print off a early copy that is missing pricing, descriptions and numerous grammatical errors and even the wrong size menu inserts. Forget trying to talk to someone on the phone, they don't return voicemails. The finished product looks anything but professional.

Bishop Printshop has consistently delivered high quality products. They are professional and have great instinct when it comes to design. We have ordered everything from business cards, to EDDM post card. stickers and even yard sighs. Their prices are competitive even compared against large nation wide printing companies pricing. We Highly recommend their services.
