We have grown over the years & have evolved with the industry to enclude M&R fully automatic screen printing presses & ZSK commercial embroidery machines.

We ordered over 150 shirts for a fund raiser and 150 for our business in Sept 2020 for an event in November. After month of going in every Thursday to get an update and being told that our order was next, we had to go online to an overnight service to get the shirts in November. The company shirts we received in December, however, we ordered super soft Gildan shirts with a pocket.
They didn't have them ready until the day we had to give them out and they were Port Authority cheap tee shirts. We will never do business with them again. Buyer be ware!

Find a different company for business! My company placed an order for shirts months ago. H & H continuously came up with excuses on why the order was delayed and now they won't answer our POC phone calls or emails. Our POC has also visited the store multiple times and we are still in the same dilemma.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I've been getting embroidery done for past few months and this last time i got it done, it was crooked. I advised the owner she said she would replace my shirts, but it's funny how I haven't heard back from her about it. So this is why I'm here now. Business is business and customer service should be right and professional.

We had over 200 shirts done. The owner felt going on vacation was more important and not the order that was put in. then had to do a rush job and it was crappy. She also needs to learn her colors. We made her a lot of money I think we got conned! She then lied about the number she gave us come on 3 little kids didn't evev get their shirt! Never again!

It took us over 2 months to get our order. Awful customer service-rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. I was given a larger size than ordered because one of the employees apparently knew me and felt I needed the bigger size but was too embarrassed to order it. So, she took it upon herself to change my order. Of course, the shirt was way way too big. When I went down in person, they didn't seem too concerned, said that the person no longer worked there, and they would print me another shirt.
