Ecstatic over finding this place. Had a very large file to print - 58" x 38" - in color, on semigloss paper. Thought I would need to come back in a couple of hours if not days. No way. Total time, 20 minutes start to finish and reasonably priced on top if that. Worth 10 stars on a 5 star scale.

When I went to The Print Spot, Mr Larry was the one to help me with a challenging task. Though it wasn't the typical work that they do with no problem, Mr. Larry went above and beyond to help me and ALSO got me exactly what I wanted! I will definitively be going back. VERY FAST, EFFICIENT & HELPFUL.

Knowledgable, friendly and fast. Fantastic communication and customer service - email, phone and in person. They went above and beyond with gaining an understanding about the application of my print job and then made suggestions about paper type and size that really improved the outcome. Their facility and commercial printing and mailing capabilities are top notch.

Friendly staff, better quality and pricing than others in the area. I went into staples to have some signs made but their printers were broken so I tried The Printing Spot, pleasantly surprised when got my bill! Significantly less than the other place!

I have used the service of the Printing Spot, for over 15 years. I used to prepare the advertising mailings for my mom when she owned the Stretch and Sew Fabric Store. Both Larry and Dena became friends with me and always got my projects out in a timely manner. Since that time the store has closed and we all have retired from our careers. Today I brought in a colored flyer for the SeniorCenter Gift shop, I needed 50 copies and the staff copied and printed out a absolutely beautiful handout.

I swear the copies looked better than the original. I also need to report after calling both Staples and the UPS store, the Print Spot, uses a laser printer at a lower price than either of the other stores! Kathy Sakai

Horrible experience here the last 3 times I tried to come here. I would love to agree with the other comments that it's cheaper than other places, however, they're very rude. I tried to apply here and as I was talking the lady goes and cuts me off. She said no in the most rudest way possible. As a customer, when I needed to print something out they almost cost me my grade.

I needed to print out work for my final project and the guy wouldn't print it. Instead he was being picky with my work and told me to change it a lot. Maybe I specifically wanted it that way. So I fix it and send it to their email and no response. I ended up going somewhere else. Luckily I turned my work in on time. Never coming here again.

Way better than staples. I needed a quick job done and they were able to do it within 30 minutes. We will be doing our printing here from now on. I encourage you to support local business. The printing spot has high quality printing. SIMPLY, THE BEST!

We used The Printing Spot recently when we needed to get 400 copies of a 24 page syllabus printed for our event. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service and product. What a gem of a place! So friendly and courteous, plus the product was delivered when they said it would be. They even took a few last minute page modifications in stride without altering the delivery time. Will definitely use them again.

What a great place! I needed a few DVDs copied of a wedding, Family movies and a Family memorial that I had only one copy left of each left. I called a local Drug store chain in that area and was told they may or may not be able to make copies of them and if they did, it would be $8.00 to $12.00 per copy. The employee there suggested I call The Printing Spot on 1st St.

I took my DVDs there what a wonderful, professional staff and gave the price for each copy and was told they could do them and they would be ready the next day. I picked them up, brought them home, and they turned out great. I would suggest if you have any copies or printing to do this is the place.

Did a great job, quick turn, reasonable price on a recent marketing collateral. They were able to take my PowerPoint file into Quark or Pagemaker for proper page layout, make a few enhancements, professionally print and mount on a 4 ft foam-backed sign in less than 24 hours. Got a courtesy call when it was ready for pickup. All set for the event. Thanks.

I had a great experience with this establishment. I was going to order a poster for my dad's birthday through CVS. It was 12.99 plus a fee and they messed up my order so it would've been ready a week after I needed it. So, I cancelled my order and decided to go local. BEST DECISION. Not only was my order about $2(WAY CHEAPER), but they had it ready the next day and it looks great. I am currently living in NY and they did all of this through the phone/email. They are the best. Definitely going to continue giving them my business.

No one there at lunchtime when I needed something urgent to get printed and faxed. Kind lady in a parking lot told me that they will be open soon, but I took my business elsewhere. They need staff up at lunchtime when people have an hour to do some very important things! Not open weekends either! Ugh!

The Printing Shop is awesome. I had one day to get 250 cards printed, and they came through. I had a basic idea and they ran with it and made it better than I could have imagined. Margene, and the rest of the staff, were more than helpful. I wasn't able to get one of the pictures to them until after 11am and yet they were able to complete all 250 cards (57 printing on both sides) before 4pm. I will not go any where else for any printing needs.

Fast service! Created custom business cards using photos from my smart phone. Great suggestions from friendly staff, Larry Kwong has great sense of what the customer wants and needs. The final product is the most professional job I have seen. I have this location bookmarked.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! We get our home plans printed here and they are QUICK, WELL PRICED and are always exact! We email over our pans from our Architect and The Printing Spot prints them out within an hour! We can not thank this place enough for making our printing needs so easy! We like to "keep our business local" and The Printing Spot is the place for any and ALL Printing in South County!

I am a co-owner of a restaurant in Gilroy and needed copies of menus. I called and spoke to Larry and he was willing to help me out. He even delivered the menus to our restaurant. I am from now on going to the Printing Spot for all my printing needs. I highly recommend this place! Lets support local businesses! Also, this place is a lot less expensive than Staples!

Larry Kwong, owner of The Printing Spot, came to my rescue when I needed help scanning vintage photos that were in unusual frames and sizes. This shop is a combination of state-of-the-art expertise and old-school customer service. Larry's work is so respected and he is so well-liked that other shops, when faced with a request that they can't fulfill, send customers over his way - knowing Larry can make it happen. Best customer service! I needed 100 copies of a designed invitation and they only charged $35.73. At staples they were trying to charge me about $60 for the same thing and without cutting them! And the lady at staples was very rude too!
