Shirley and Don Grantham began the firm in January of 1983 under the name of SEABROOK PRINT SHOPPE. Our goal was simply to ship the jobs on time - every time, and placing the client 1st. The HOUSE OF USHER was purchased in Lawrence, Kansas in 1987 and the firm was renamed PRO PRINT.

Rhonda & the staff at Pro Print have come through for us on multiple occasions, even fulfilling a few orders via curbside pickup during the Covid shutdown. They are very responsive, have an eye for detail, and always produce high quality work. Wonderful local business that I'm happy to be able to support, they make it so easy to bring our business back time & time again!

I've had the same unfortunate experience as Rebecca on more than one occasion now. Our company has used Pro-Print for years. I called asking how quickly we could get our usual order of 200 NCR forms (Pro-Print has art on file), explaining that we had a crazy week and overlooked our dwindling number of contracts. The woman who answered the phone was short, vague, and unhelpful.
Her tone screamed, "I'm having a bad day, don't want to be here, and certainly don't have time to be talking to you." Having worked at a printing/sign company, I know rush orders can be a hassle and aren't always feasible. I would have been more than understanding had the woman told me they couldn't get them done before Tuesday. It was the attitude I didn't appreciate.
