I sent an email on my file and then called for a faster print time. Mike was wonderful and helpful. I told him what I wanted and he gave me recommendations on sizing. My poster was ready in a day. If you need a print job definitely go here!

I have ordered several different letterheads, envelopes and business cards in the past. Recently, I needed an update to my business letterhead. I had the opportunity to speak with Mike and we had a great conversation about what I wanted in my new letterhead and the overall theme I was looking for. As you know, it is hard to describe to someone what you envision in words, but Mike took my ideas for the new letterhead and created a new design for me.

He did an absolute fantastic job, I really couldn't be any happier! He is very easy to work with and he really understands what I wanted from a marketing perspective. I would have no problems recommending Aurora Fastprint to anyone in need of any marketing materials!

I'm an executive director for a food pantry. We recently had an opportunity to have a fundraiser that we couldn't pass up and only 3 weeks to plan. I went to Aurora Fastprint to see if they could help. Their pricing was reasonable and the turnaround was incredible. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I unfortunately lost my daughter in a tragic accident, and i needed some prayer cards made for my daughters memorial mass, Holly was so helpful and creative and helped us through this, they were so thoughtful and caring and they definitely I believe above and beyond. They were ready the next day. I will utilize them again for my future printing needs.

Requested a quote, it was a little high. I called to see where I could save money. Yolanda was short on the phone and instead of looking for opportunities to save she increased the amount by $40.00 (no joke). Upon escalation, the details of my request were not addressed. I then wrote an email to the owner, it has been a week now and I didn't so much as receive an acknowledgement regarding my concern. Clearly they did not want my business!

Kim was super easy to deal with and very responsive, and the design team delivered a superior product design.

I needed at least 400 b/w copies and I called around to find the cheapest price. The big box office supplies and copy/shipping stores are at all at the same price per copy and it just seemed a little too much, so I called Aurora Fastprint and Kim quoted me below the major office supplies store and saved the quote for me when I come in later. Kim was friendly and professional. Plus the money stays local vs getting lost in corporate cost.

If I can give it less than 1 star I would give it 5 levels below brutal! I dealt with Kim. I made the mistake of having my business cards made there two years ago. I have a lot of words on my card one of them is the word "Mortgage". I didn't notice it when I looked at the proof I was more concerned with the layout. I do have a lot of words on the card so I thought they would do a spell check! Kim said their spell check doesn't always catch every word. WTF! The word mortgage is a common word, I asked her to redo it she would only credit me for half. I will never go there again.
