J C Printing Jiffy Copy

I went in today in regards to my hood wrap done here 6-6-2022. The hood wrap on my 2019 Camaro SS was done here at JC Printing 10 months ago July 2021. They did a good job on the wrap but a little pricey $800.00 for the hood. I was OK with paying for a good job that would at least last for 2 or 3 years but 10 months for $800.00 for wrapping my hood and it starts to get a rust burnt color that looks horrible that started about 8 months into it.

They didn't care and said there isn't any kind of warranty and it's my problem. Who would pay for something that doesn't last but 8 months and pay this kind of money. PS I never review people but this is not the way to run a business. Remember if you get stuff done by them there is NO WARRANTY. Now I need to pay someone to remove it.

Prices always changes on tshirts printing prices. 15 dollars a piece for a tshirt. They discriminate when it comes to prices.prices never the same. They are robbing customers. Poor work with Rich prices. Tony has bad customer service

Working with Tim to schedule a wrap was a very pleasant process. I felt he was very professional and accommodating to my business needs. I recommend this company most definitely!

- Quote was more than double that of competitors for the same features on business cards. $600 for 500 cards PLUS 'a couple hours of work' cost to transform a single piece of artwork into the layers they need for their process. Here again, their competitors quoted significantly less cost at 30 mins of a designer's time to do this. - Tim was a nice guy, receptive and creative. Needed a day to get me the quote because some of the work they outsource i.e. UV coating. - Tom gave me the quote as an all inclusive number.

His general tone and posture was boarder-line combative from his very first words. Tom refused to provide a breakdown. When I explained that it's impossible for customers to decide where to make concessions based on the cost of each feature and the value they bring to the brand (card), he said it's too much work for him, no one else has ever asked for that (why would a customer care if any other customer asked him for that before?), and that even understanding the goal that the breakdown enables (finding the balance of value and cost) he won't do it.

Very much not a problem solver, but a problem creator. I've received 4 other quotes from other shops and all 4 were broken down with a base price and additional cost per each feature. While they don't use the same words to describe a given feature (e.g. suede vs velvet finish coating), they represent an apples to apples output of the final product when in hand.

Only gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because Tim was a good guy and a creative problem solver. Update: Thank you Tom for showing the audience exactly what my review was pointing out in you with your response.

Easy to work with and very responsive. Print jobs are always beautiful.

I went there because I wanted to support a local shop, and ended up being charged $5.00 without being told the price upfront to scan 2 pages to usb (I was told $2.50 a page). In case this happens to you, I called later and was told by the general manager that they don't do scanning, and that I could have walked out without paying, which makes no sense.

I'll be going somewhere else for my office scanning and printing. Edit: Answering to the reply from the owner: Yes, really. Insinuating things never happened is not the right way to solve dysfunctional customer service.

These guys are still the REAL DEAL! We are now in our 5th year doing business with Tom and the JC Printing Crew and every project has been on time and mostly early. So refreshing to have a "Can Do" printing company that understands urgency and flexibility. Thank you JC Printing! Dennis

JC Printing did our vehicle wrap and man did it come out great! We designed the graphics and both Tom and Tim verified everything was fine before the install. Our 21 foot long box truck came out looking beautiful and ready to hit our location in Texas! Thank you so much guys, your work is great and pricing was amazing, the first few quotes we got were a joke and JC Printing came in with a legit bid and great service. Highly recommend them!

Tim is my hero! Got flyers made for me in such a rush (last minute opening day change) and had such a friendly, can-do attitude! The quality is amazing too! Can't wait for my next printing project I will surely be going back!

I've had these guys do the decals on my delivery truck as well as all of our windows on the building. Tom has always been excellent, knowledgeable, and incredibly reasonable when it comes to price. I 100% trust these guys and recommend them as much as I can.

OUTSTANDING! I ran out of checks for my laser printer. I needed them quickly for payroll and had run out of options. I found JC on the net and called. Tim jumped in to action. He communicated very well and helped me every step of the way. I had my checks, they looked great and a huge crisis was averted. They are a class act!

Disappointed. I reached out on 11/6 to get a quote for a vehicle wrap. The quote and 50% deposit were taken quickly and I haven't heard back since and I've left multiple messages and emails. Our timeline was to have graphics approved and the wrap started the week of 11/27- it's now 11/30 and the only thing that has been completed is the quote and deposit. I would not recommend this company, unfortunately.

Great experience! Had 3 retractable banners made. Chad caught an error in my artwork and I was able to correct it and the banners turned out great! Super Speedy turnaround too! I was also impressed when I turned up to deliver the stands (because, yes they even loaded my stands for me with the banners), a gentleman came out to help carry them in. Very nice touch!

Very friendly down to earth business people. Julio accommodated my first-timer ignorance with grace and patience. The whole process was faster than I assumed it would be. Was searching for a company to do a vehicle wrap for our new company and came across JC Printing on Yelp. Chad sent over a quote very quickly and within a couple of days of receiving the quote, I went and met with Julio to discuss ideas for the wrap. Julio is a wonderful designer and created a couple different options for us. We now have not just one, but two wrapped vehicles for two separate companies!

They look great and we have already started receiving calls from potential customers. When we have more vehicles ready to be wrapped, we will definitely return to JC Printing!
